Welcome to Sailfish Villa! By The Sea Vacation Villas is pleased to exclusively offer this spectacular New Four (4) Bedroom Three (3) Bathroom Heated Pool Beach Home to the vacation rental market! Sailfish Villa recently underwent a substantial remodel in which the kitchen, as well as all three bathrooms, were completely remodeled, from top to bottom, to offer nothing but first class amenities throughout. In addition, the entire flooring system throughout the home is new, including a fantastic contemporary stacked stone wall which lines the primary living area entertainment wall (equipped with a 60" LED High Definition Television). Sailfish Villa is a one level, single family home, which offers vacation guests a wonderful open floor plan with slightly over 2,500 square feet of living space. From the moment you enter this first class luxury vacation home, you are greeted with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors which offer unobstructed views of the exceptionally private heated pool and lounge area.

Situated less than four blocks from the beach in the picturesque, seaside, community of Bel-Air in Lauderdale by the Sea, Sailfish Villa offers vacation guests three exceptional beach options -- the first option would be to simply lock the front door and walk to the beach from the home. There is a direct beach portal entrance off Ocean Boulevard (A1A). Should you prefer to spend a day at the beach in which you have restrooms and dining options, the main beach portals in both Lauderdale by the Sea and Pompano Beach are less than one and one half miles from Casa Sailfish. In the case of Lauderdale by the Sea, there are a multitude of first class dining options (Aruba Beach Café, The Village Grille, 101 Ocean, Burger Fi, Kilwin's Ice Cream, etc.) and the main beach portal (where Commercial Boulevard meets the ocean) offers the legendary Anglin's Fishing & Observation Pier (open 24 hours a day). The main beach portal in Pompano Beach (where Atlantic Boulevard meets the ocean) has recently undergone a complete renovation (the end result is simply stunning) and offers beachgoers all new restrooms, a children's beachfront playground, including a spectacular children's water fountain play area, a beachfront exercise fitness area, cabana rentals and lifeguard towers. Exactly as advertised in the photos. Very well equipped with lots of space for the 6 of us. We got a lot of use out of the pool. Couple days in and we asked they turn the heater on and someone was there in 15 minutes. Really good value for money. Would definitely go back.

Great Service!

We had a great stay at Casa Sailfish. The home was very well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen as well as an assortment of beach supplies, including chairs, towels, and toys. Tanya was very responsive with any of our requests, including bringing us a new blender, beach chair, and wash rags for the kitchen. The house was spotless when we arrived. The pool was clean and warm. Also, the furniture outside and around the pool was in great shape. My only suggestion would be to add a TV to the patio area outside and maybe add some additional décor around the pool to spruce up the view. That being said, the landscaping behind the pool was nice and gave a good tropical feel. All in all we had a great stay. The beach access was about a 10 minute walk away.

Nice vacation home for couples

We had a great stay at Casa Sailfish. The house was spacious and worked well for couples. Interior of house felt clean and we enjoyed the outdoor space including the pool. The exterior of the house could use some love. The lawn desperately needed a mow, the outdoor furniture cushions were stained and some dirty/moldy areas around front door and back patio.

Great get-away!

This home was a perfect for our family of ten. We had infants- adults who had to work on their laptops. There was space for everyone. A short walk to the beach and Commercial street made the location perfect.

We love Casa Sailfish!

This is our second year in a row and it felt like home. The home was sparkling clean when we walked in and every single thing was as expected. We had a slight issue with a cabinet and maintenance was out the next day. We had a flight delay and were able to pay for extra time in the home which was an absolute blessing! The heated pool was so warm and great to end the day with the family. The neighborhood was nice and the location to the beaches was fantastic! We did lots of trips into the little downtown area of LBTS and enjoyed drinks, dining and live entertainment was so much fun. You won’t be disappointed if you book Casa Sailfish. Side note, if this house ever goes up for sale, we’d be interested!

Perfect Family Destination

Completely stocked house with everything needed to enjoy days at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even a wagon) or a day at the pool (house is stocked with pool towels and pool toys as well). Beach is 10 minute walk and you enter off A1A right before the SeaWatch restaurant. Having the private pool was amazing! Can’t say enough about this location, would definitely come back.

Great location and wonderful home

Thinking about renting this property? Just do it! The house layout was fantastic and allowed for privacy. The color scheme is bright and inviting. Property manager were a delight to work with and handled every request we had in an expedited fashion. The pool was a great added bonus and there were plenty of extras to make our stay comfortable. The location was fabulous! We walked to the beach and drove to LBTS downtown area as well as Pompano. We will definitely rent again! Thank you for making our stay amazing.

Sharing Space with the Iguanas

Great vacation spot. Renters should be told to expect unexpected visitors - iguanas! Most are small, but there were a few big ones - on the roof, in the trees, in the pool. Once some of the bushes were cut back, the problem was tolerable. Neighborhood is very nice and safe. Ten minute walk to the beach.

The property was a little run down and not as fresh as the pictures. My husband had to repair the freezer, grill and the toilets. All the burners on the stove were not working either. The outside furniture was worn out and dirty. Looks like the updates that occurred were pretty but no attention was paid to detail. We loved the location and private pool.

Fantasy Football Draft

My friends and I came down from Virginia to do a fantasy football draft which we set up outside by the pool. We enjoyed having the pool and the house was big enough to accommodate 10 adults. The neighborhood was quite. We had trouble finding direct access to the beach but we made it work. We had to uber to a lot of places but that is what we were expecting. We definitely recommend this place.

Great Place to Stay

Everything about the property was as advertised and the pool was great! There is some walking involved to the beach and restaurants but there are plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers around so that can be avoided.
