Perfect for families or groups who want to enjoy sunset mountain views from the hot tub on the rooftop patio; wake up rested in the cozy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; serve up a feast from the fully-equipped kitchen; or challenge each other to a Skee-Ball, Atari, Nintendo, or Sony PlayStation tournament.

Awesome place and even better than I expected. Even all the little details to make it perfect like white noise machines, makeup remover wipes, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I’m ever in that area again. We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. James and Mandy were great communicators and even checked in to make sure our stay was going well. There was plenty of street parking and an easy walk to the Poudre River White Water Park (which was free and our kids’ favorite activity of the trip). There are GREAT restaurants downtown. We loved this amazing home in every way! Our family of six had plenty of room to spread out and come together for fun time as a group. Five college friends held a reunion in Fort Collins 52 years after we met at Penn State. This home met our needs perfectly. The separate bedrooms and many bathrooms made it comfortable for us. The kitchen was extremely functional. The central location was great. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Perfect location and great host. We loved this house and we do many VRBO rentals each year. We liked being able to walk along the river into town (it is a little over a mile). We felt very safe. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving meal for my family. The only thing to note is the king bed in the basement is not actually in a separate room and the basement bathroom does not have a shower. It was not a big deal for us, but it was a little inconvenient for my son and his wife who were staying down there. We would definitely stay here again!
