Ground floor: sports room (elliptical bike, rowing machine, treadmill), Home Cinema, separate WC, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm with shower and sink). 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 160x200 cm and shower/WC, 1 duplex bedroom (shower and sink) with access to the mezzanine via a miller's ladder (2 single beds 90x190 cm). Balconies. Garage. Spa on the terrace outside. Chalet located on the heights of La Toussuire, in a residential area. Shops, sports stores and other services in the resort center 1.3 km away (free shuttle 50 m from the chalet) Terrace with table and 10 chairs. Private parking in front of the chalet for 4 cars. High-end individual chalet, with Norwegian bath on the terrace, gym and Home Cinema room. Located on the slopes to reach the snow front and the Toussuire ski lifts on skis (Les Sybelles ski area with 132 km of slopes). In summer, many sporting activities and various events in Le Corbier, La Toussuire and St Sorlin d'Arves, a village resort located at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer and the Col du Glandon. Marked hiking trails on the Arvan-Villard massif with its majestic Aiguilles d'Arves.
