Nice beach house, room for improvement

Plenty of room for multiple families, great outdoor space, but could not figure out the outdoor lighting, or find the TV remote or adjust the fan. Contacted the property management and never received a reply. At the front steps, there is no porch light. There are gas lamps, with what looks like an electric starter, but could not figure out how to start. Instructions all around would be helpful.

Great Week at Folly!

Our group of 8 friends enjoyed our stay at 3 Monkeys! The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items for cooking. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and fun!

Excellent location and great house!

Let me start by saying this was by far one of the nicest VRBO properties we have stayed in, but it is starting to show slight wear as it likely sees some volume. Very tasteful, laid back design which it seemed to have everything you could think of for making meals and doing some beach area relaxing. The location just off of Folly Beach couldn't have been better. Very close to beach, quick walk to bars/restaurants and easy access to the main road to travel into Charlestown area. Property manager and owner were very accessible. We will return to this gem!

Overall the house was amazing, close yo Folly and the beach. With just a short 20 min ride into Charleston. House was clean however coffee pot and counter ice maker were very dirt. Ice machine had mold.Hand rail on back stairs is broken and in need of repair. But overall would stay again!Charleston.

Such a great time!

We planned a 3 week stay in Folly and chose 3 Monkeys based on what our needs would be with the kids coming to visit. The property matched the images online exactly. We had a wonderful time! And the few things that we experienced (Family Room TV glitching, and no ice in fridge) the management team took care of immediately. I would recommend a golf cart to get around. You can walk to the beach and places, but it’s much easier with beach equipment to have the cart. A wonderful time!!

Great Rental Home

We loved the proximity to the beach and downtown. The house was just as described. The beds were super comfortable. It was well-appointed and perfect for our stay. A couple of things to consider: Instructions for the TV in the main room (We couldn’t figure out how to use the Roku or access cable), label the light switches, window coverings in the bedrooms, instructions how to light the grill (the igniter wasn’t working). All in all, it’s a really great place!

A Great Stay on Folly Beach!!

We had a great time at 3 Monkey's during the holiday break. We came down with friends to visit family that live on James Island. The house was very nice and the layout was perfect, great open space in the main living area with very large kitchen. The kids loved the hang out and bunk bed upstairs. It was a little chilly on some days but the outdoor space was great as well. A perfect location as it is at the end of the drive and backs to woodlands/marsh area for some privacy, but still just a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to the pier and downtown shops at Folly. Only minor criticisms would be some stains on the upstairs bedroom carpeting and could use a fresh coat of paint in some areas, but did not affect our enjoyment of the trip. We would stay here again for sure.

A perfect extended weekend getaway!

This house was incredibly beautiful!! Seven friends stayed for an extended weekend getaway. Super spacious, lots of outdoor and indoor gathering space, super easy check-in, great communication w/ property manager!! Took advantage of the VayK bike rentals which came in handy when we didn’t feel like walking into town. Highly recommended!
