Detached house on 2 levels comprising an entrance, a kitchen opening onto a corner balcony, a bedroom (2 bunk beds 90x190 cm and 1 pull-out bed for 1 person 80x190 cm) with private bathroom (shower and WC). 1st floor: fitted attic with a balcony, including a lounge area (single sofa bed) and 1 double bed 140x190 cm, a shower room in the sloping ceiling (shower and WC). Total floor area: 70 m² attic parts included. Private terrace, shared courtyard. Gently sloping land. Individual chalet next to the owners' house (former country farm) located at the top of the village, overlooking the valley and with a panoramic view of the mountains and Mont-Banc. East-southwest facing slope, with meadows. Restored family chalet, comfortable and functional, with a bathroom on each level. West-facing terrace with table and bench, 2 deck chairs. Possibility of storing bicycles under a covered shelter.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
