The only bad complaint was the iron didn't work up to par. Place was beautiful and staff friendly.

We arrived early as our flight arrived at 10:00am, check in was 4:00pm, They held our luggage and the hotel assisted us with renting 2 bikes. We were off on the hotel's shuttel to pick up our bikes and start our vacation is less than an hour. We had a problem with noise in our room and the same day as soon as a room was available and cleaned they moved us. Great staff.

Hotel staff was not very cooperative with one of the parties in our group. She could not handle stairs for health reasons. They said they didn't have an elevator which they did have in one of the buildings. They insisted should could do 8 stairs, which she did the first night, but it greatly affected her enjoyment of the trip because she had to limit the amount of times she could leave her room. They never offered her one of the ground floor rooms they had that required no steps. The next step her spouse had to go to the hotel staff and insist on another room, which they magically came up with. Very poor customer service.

When we checked in, we proceeded to our room.on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator so it is necessary to carry your baggage by the stairs. On Saturday morning, the water went off and my friend was in the shower soaped up and could not rinse. The hotel made no monetary compensarion Npt even brrakfast. and offered us to return as there guest. We will never stay at this property.

We were happy we chose Courtyard by Marriott because it was wonderful staying there. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel was very clean and smelled so good, and we loved sitting on the porch looking out at the water. The shuttle to and from the downtown area was a very good experience. We felt we really could not have chosen a better hotel for our getaway. We had no complaints. We loved it!

very inconvenient to Key West activities; when we arrived there was a wounded raccoon in the patio; room had greasy surfaces on desk, counter; we left immediately to get a different hotel. This is a lower-end example of the Marriott Courtyard model and I don't recommend it--it is on the water but it is not attractive.

The best part about our stay was walking along the waterfront boardwalk, relaxing around the pool and having drinks at the poolside bar. The bar staff were awesome!! We also really loved taking the free shuttle to the downtown area near Duval street. The only thing wrong was unfortunately they were doing construction on one of the wings, so it was loud at times, plus an eyesore.

Clean rooms and friendly accommodating staff.....nice pool with quaint little beach and deck area

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was always pleasant and soooo friendly. The hotel has a great pool and Johnny B. is the best bartender! The hotel has a small private beach area as well if you want to have a relaxing day. They have a shuttle that takes you to downtown and is super convenient. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stayed at Courtyard for three days with my older parents. At first we thought it was a little far from all the "action" but with the free shuttle service we were able to get into town and back with no problem. The hotel has a resort feel and we loved our room. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we will stay there again on our next trip to Key West.

The price of the hotel was reason in key west. It has a beach where you can sun tan.

Fantastic location. Although we were not downtown, the hotel provided a free shuttle to downtown every half hour! The shuttle even picked us up from downtown!

Staff was great and helpful. A nice surprise was the free shuttle to the tourist area (bars and restaurants) it ran every half hour which was perfect. Also gave us buy one get one free drink at the restaurant where we were dropped off.

Very accommodative staff and nice room and location. The cafe is bit overpriced and cafe staff is not very nice... But food is good.

The bartender was not very friendly. Otherwise everything was great

This hotel was awesome. The staff was wonderful the rooms were very clean and spacious. I have been to the keys many times before. This stay was by far the best. I have never seen my family so happy. Thanks, Doyle/Beck Family

This was a job related trip... the location was great... comfortable and easy to find.

Hotel is a perfect getaway in the florida keys, front desk was amazing, coming back for sure.

Have stayed here before, average on all fronts. The staff seems to be always new. The convenience is the shuttle that takes you to Duval street so you don't have to drive.

Not sure you could find a better place for the money.. Key West is pricey no matter where you stay.. We had the queen queen which means basically two regular adjoining hotel rooms one with a living room with bathroom and the other with two queen comfortable beds also a bathroom both had TVs the bedroom had a small fridge and microwave also sinks outside both bathrooms . 2 balconies overlooking the tropical pool.. We loved the Iguanas it makes you feel like your living in the tropics.. They were hiding in the trees most of the time you didn't even know they were there.. We only saw one in the early morning walking near the pool. It added to the experience of the keys.. The best thing is the van transportation to town every 1/2 hour ... We parked our car when we arrived and didn't get in it until we left.. You can go have drinks near the pool or go into town and enjoy one of the many rest. Bars then hop a ride back to the hotel anytime between 8am and 10:45 pm ... We loved it and will be back..

We are terribly sorry to hear of your encounter! We understand you choosing to stay elsewhere after a scare like that, but assure you that is not the norm at our hotel!
