Venezia Double - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor, a few steps from the street entrance. Nice studio apartment with loft, overlooks quiet inner courtyard. It consists of entrance hall with kitchenette, living room with double bed in loft, wardrobe area, bathroom with shower and storage room with laundry. Two tall French doors overlook the internal courtyard, recently renovated. Air conditioning, and heating available. Not suitable for children under 12 years old. Pets are not allowed. Residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the historic center, Close to the Horticulture Garden, St.Marco Square and Viale Matteotti.
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.

Property needs some serious painting work/better maintenance. When was comforter washed last time?Why there is no trash can in the kitchen? No paper towels? For some reasons neighbors upstairs were moving furniture every night or having party till 1 :00 am. Could not sleep at all.Overall it was not very comfortable stay.

Two nights stay

We stayed two nights in Florence on our way across Italy. We were met at the apartment by the host and the check in process was very smooth. We were just a short walk from parking and main attractions. The bed was just ok and the upstairs neighbours were extremely loud, but that's no fault of the host. Would stay here again.
