This 117 sq mt / 1259 sq ft apartment is located on the 2nd floor, without an elevator - 44 steps to climb, of a three-story building.

It has 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 5 people and has two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub).

Upon entering the house you’ll find a bright living room with a dining table for 6 people and kitchenette with with 4 induction burners, a small refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher for 6 place settings.

To the left of the living room is a hallway. At one end is the first bedroom (mattress size 170 x 195cm). In the middle of the corridor, one facing the other, are the two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Finally, at the end of the corridor is the second bedroom, which offers three beds: a double bed (mattress measures 180 x 195cm) and a single bed (measures 80x190cm) that is perfect for a child.

Perfect Florence Stay!Florence was our favorite stop — mostly because of this apartment! It was spotless, spacious, and even had a washer, dryer, and detergent, which was a huge bonus after so much travel. We loved watching the nightlife out the window; it was a bit lively on the holiday weekend, but that just added to the atmosphere. The hosts were very responsive, and we felt completely safe with the secure building and apartment. Highly recommend!

Convenient to all of Florence

A super place to stay if you plan on walking central Florence! You can't beat leaning out your window and seeing the Duomo. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owners were super organized and communicative with anything we would need. The only issue is that is is somewhat loud...you are in the heart of the city that is mainly stone so the noise echoes. We had earplugs so it didn't bother us. The back bedroom is quieter unless the neighbors have a party :) Also no elevator to get up 3 flights. Not a problem at all for us--Loved it and would stay again.

Great apartment right near Piazza del Duomo

Great place to stay while in Florence. The host and staff made the check-in and our stay very easy - they were communicative, responsive, and provided recommendations for activities and restaurants all through the check-in link. This apartment is in a perfect location for those who want to travel by foot and explore the area. It's right outside the Duomo, walk-able to all main locations, and about a 10 minute walk from the train station. With the great location right off a busy street, it can be expected to hear street traffic and noises at night and in the morning.

Just a few nights in Firenze

Arrived at the train station around 19:30. An easy walk to the apartment and a very easy self-check in. The apartment looks great in photos, but is truly lovely in person. Great size, great location. Clean and updated. Perfect for our 4 nights. The apartment is in a busy area, but closes up nicely for sleep. When we visit next, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The location is everything. It is so easy and convenient to see all the places we wanted to. Close enough that we could stop in for an hour to cook off in the july Florence heat.
