Central, but dissapointing

The accomodation is very central and location really is great. The actual apartment is very decieving on the images and it really is not a great space. This is not a hotel which we knew, but just to clarify that for any future tenants. There is no lift and the entrance lobby and stairs are really dirty and difficult for a family or older visitors. The description and appliances are not all as per the listing. We had issues with the hob on our first night and the customer service with Hotels.com was horrible. If you can avoid booking this unit.

bad apartment. literal thieves.

terrible experience. first, the unit itself is not nice. the staircase to the loft felt dangerous and unstable, the hot water never worked, the AC won’t cool the loft, the bed was uncomfortable, and the decor was ugly. though i confirmed my arrival time the person letting me in was late and i had to wait on the street with my bags for almost an hour to an unfriendly welcome. she charged me for two people even though i was traveling alone and insisted i pay the city tax and cleaning fee in cash. expect to pay $80 or so extra when you arrive. my biggest issue is that i was stolen from by this management team. i left an expensive electronic device in the room on accident and they claim it was never found though i remember exactly where i left it and went straight from the apartment to the train station where i realized i had forgotten it. my bag was locked and there was no chance the device was stolen from me on the way to the station. they claim it was never found by the cleaning crew though this is impossible as it’s not a small device and as i said i know exactly where it was left. for the price this is not a nice apartment and the management are literal crooks. the neighborhood is great though so if you don’t mind a bad apartment and potential theft maybe it’s for you.
