We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel with our 2 kids. The hostess was very pleasant and accommodating. We arrived late in the night (11 pm) and she was there to check us in. There are multiple units within the location and most were filled when we were there. The breakfast area is very spacious and also has the kitchen essentials. Definitely as plus with small kids. They even had some toys for the little ones to play with. I stowed my bags after checking out as we had a late train in the evening. Will definitely recommend staying there
The hotels is located near the train station in Florence and has great wifi. That is about the only good things. What no review tells you is that you have to climb all the way up the building with your luggag!. There are 76 steps, which we counted as a joke after returning from a day trip where we climbed the Tower of Pisa (which by the way has 251 steps, to give you an idea). There is also only a small AC in the hallway of the apartment. That air doesn't reach absolutely any of the bedrooms! It was 97F during our stay and We were so hot that I ended up sleeping on the floor in the hallway one night because I was sweating profusely. Also the pictures do not look like the apartment at all! The only thing I can think of is that we were put in another apartment all together and that the owner put up her apartments pictures since her and her family live there. I honestly do not understand how this hotel is rated so highly.
