Fabulous boutique hotel. Best I have stayed in Florence. Staff is incredible. Beautiful garden and interior art. Spa is wonderful too! Close to Duomo and leather market.

Amazing hotel and staff. The only negative is that the hotel should limit smoking in courtyard so people can open their windows and enjoy the weather and sounds of Florence.

We decided to try a different area of Florence and chose this for the spa. It did not disappoint. There is a large sauna and hot tub/pool. Be sure to make a reservation before you get there because you need reservations for the sauna/pool area. We loved the area around the hotel. There were great restaurants and shopping.

We had a lovely 5 day stay. The hotel’s garden and pool are a gem find in a city location. Close to city centre, so everything in walking distance. The hotel is right opposite a park too. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had an initial problem with our room, but it was quickly and generously sorted.

Our amazing stay in Florence

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable, lovely bed. A really nice touch a complimentary bar. Hotel was located in a very accessible part of Florence. The pool and gardens were wonderful especially when you had been out all day soaking up the beauty of Florence. Would recommend this hotel.
