Apartamento de 50 metros cuadrados Recientemente renovado, en el primer piso de un edificio de 1930 en una calle tranquila con poco tráfico, a medio camino entre el Parco delle Cascine y la estación de tren S. M. Novella. Habitación con cama doble grande y cómoda y cuatro almohadas, aire acondicionado, escritorio, armario, terraza con vista a tranquilos jardines internos. Cocina-comedor bien equipada (lavavajillas, microondas, placa de inducción, cafetera americana e italiana, tetera, tostadora ...). Sala de estar independiente con sofá cama para dos personas, TV, WIFI, carga USB. Baño con ventana con ducha, bidet y secador de pelo. Trastero con plancha, tabla de planchar, aspiradora, perchero, necesario para la limpieza.
* CONTRIBUCIÓN para la LIMPIEZA DE LA CASA: 50 EURO, a pagar en
el check-in junto con el TASA TURÍSTICA (y la contribuciòn para el aire acondicionado si es necesario)
*El apartamento está completamente desinfectado en cada cambio de huésped
* Junto a una muy buena pastelería, la mejor heladería de Florencia, restaurantes y pizzerías fantásticas.
* Parada de autobús a pocos pasos.

We were met by the owner, Gloria, that is an absolute delight. The apartment is clean, well stocked and we loved the little balcony. We ended up talking with the residents below for a while one night. Location is walkable to city center and the grocery store.

Quiet neighborhood

If you want to have a quiet retreat just outside if the hustle and bustle of Florence, this is your place. My daughter was attending a Polimoda course for the summer and this location was a perfect walkable distance to both locations. Gloria was a very helpful manager and was easy to communicate with. Enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is decorated with great taste and charm and offers a lot of amenities to make you feel at home. Gloria is a gentle host, much concerned about your well-being. Unfortunately, we had too short a time to explore all of Florence which definitely is worth a second visit.

Gloria's apartment is perfectly clean, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Comfortable bed, kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. It is about a 30 minute walk to the centre of the city, the #17 bus is very convenient to take to the city. The parking is very secure, will fit a vehicle to 4.7m long, and is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Gloria provides plenty of information on services, shopping and entertainment both in the neighborhood and in the city centre. We highly recommend and if we come back to Firenze, we would certainly stay here again.

5 days in Florence

Stayed in Florence 5 days. This is 1.2 miles to train station, and longer to most tourist attractions in city, but no hills so can walk (make sure you have a maps GPS as the streets are kind of crazy). Very basic apt, no oven, but does have microwave. Bathroom is very small. Parking is available on street if you can find it. Advertised garage is a few blocks away, and very small, so not very practical.

Nice apartment but too hot at the end of July

The apartment was easy to find with the owner‘s relative waiting upon arrival who explained everything very well. Duccio was helpful with lots of tips. Please READ the fine print before booking - Only three NesCafe coffee packets, no laundry detergent or clearly marked shampoo nor shower soap. Air condition unit is in the master bedroom only. It was over 90 degrees outside, and it was difficult to cool down the unit (about 34 Celcius)

Florence first timers

We are a family of 3 (couple and a teenager). The apartment was fine, but we should have maybe spent a bit more time reading the fine print on this one. Google maps could not find this location, but the Check-in process was in-person and we got there ok with the owner's help. We were not aware that we would be asked to pay cash for additional charges for parking, air conditioning, and city taxes upon check in, however, so read the fine print! Luckily, we had euros and dealt with it. Parking was stressful, because our rental, a Ford Kuga SUV, was too big for the garage, but the owner was able to get access to another garage where the car just barely fit. The location wasn't ideal for us, because we mainly used the tram (about a mile away (or felt like it!) to the nearest stop) to get to and from the city center. Bus and/or bicycle might have been a better option. Also, the sidewalk right in front of the building had fresh vomit on it the second day. The A/C was only in the main bedroom, so the third person had only a fan to keep cool. The Bathroom is very long and narrow, with a small shower. Not accessible for a wide or claustrophobic person. The main bedroom was very nice, with a comfortable bed and closet space. The unit did have a washing machine, which was great, and a utility closet for a bit of extra space. The owner left a great list of recommendations for restaurants and sights that we might otherwise have missed, and we are very grateful for that. Tortuga 2 times!

Tolle kleine Wohnung mit guter Anbindung an die Altstadt. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet.Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Gloria empfangen und haben gleich noch einige Tipps von ihr bekommen.

Heerlijk, ruim appartement in heel rustige straat!

We hadden een heerlijke tijd in het appartement van Gloria. De eerdere positieve recensies kunnen we alleen maar van harte beamen! Zeer goed uitgerust appartement, goede verwarming, douche, slaapkamer. Lekker lunchen op het terras, half november. Aantal leuke restaurantjes om de hoek, evenals supermarkten. Gloria was zelf een paar dagen elders maar was proactief in contact zoeken en reageerde zeer snel op appjes. We komen graag weer als we in Florence zijn. Dank Gloria!

Séjour de rêve à Florence

D'abord merci à Gloria pour l'accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Appartement fidèle à la description et aux photos de l'annonce et d'une propreté impeccable. Beau petit balcon pour prendre l'apero. Lit très confortable et appartement bien équipé situé près des attraits touristiques. Environ 25 minutes à pied du centre. Sinon, l'autobus 17 vous y mènera rapidement. Merci aussi à Gloria pour ses recommandations de restaurants, en particulier la pizzeria Santa Lucia située à 5 minutes de l'appartement. On le vous recommande grandement.

Logement conforme à l'annonce : propre, confortable et calme

Un logement que je recommande, bien qu'il ne soit pas au centre même de Florence. Proche du tram T2 (direct vers l'aéroport et au centre ville de Florence) et le bus 17 qui est à 3mn à pied de l'appartement, juste à côté d'une bonne brasserie et boulangerie, et qui nous dépose en 15mn directement au musée del academia. Très propre et calme et confortable Dommage que l'hôte soit un peu trop insistante pour la notation du logement, d'où les 4 étoiles.

Gemütliches Apartment
