Smooth check-in, but unusable AC and zero host resolutionThe house was clean and easy to access, but we walked into an 80 degree house with no working AC (despite being listed). We spent our stay troubleshooting with the host, but when the unit was confirmed broken, no resolution was provided—no fix, no refund, and no offer to relocate us.As a result, we had to sit outside both evenings until after 8 PM just to tolerate the temperature, and slept poorly due to the heat and noise from open windows. Note also that this specific unit does not have the advertised balcony/patio. Overall, a frustrating stay due to the unusable AC and the complete lack of effort from the host to make things right.

Overall, the location was perfect. Close to marina and old town for walkable touring and dining. Opened sun room doors to enjoy the sound of the river and birds. Even though on street, the neighborhood was very quiet. Overall the condo was very clean. Kitchen clean, living clean, bathroom clean, Bedroom clean and upgraded. Refrigerator was spotless which I really appreciated. Ice was made and this is always nice to have. Coffee maker perfect for brewing, (bring your own coffee as not provided) Disappointment came with mini-split not putting out cool air. Opened windows for air to cool room and metal blinds are so brittle a couple snapped off. Stand alone air conditioner worked well and cooled the living room to a nice comfortable level. On checkout, bed stripped as directed for cleaners. Once sheets were off a filthy mattress was exposed. Covered with old permanent stains everywhere. Mattress cover with stains as well. I would definitely go back but I would not stay there until mattress removed and new one replaced with mattress cover that protects the new mattress/waterproof type.
