Antonino 23 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Residence located in the historic center of Florence, just a two-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella central station, right in front of the characteristic San Lorenzo Market.
This centrally located apartment allows guests to comfortably experience the most authentic aspects of life in Florence.
The apartment is situated on the third floor of a historic building without an elevator. It consists of two bright double bedrooms — one with a double bed and one with two single beds (all beds can be separated) — a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area with sofa and TV, and two bathrooms with showers.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 

Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required  

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature

I would not stay here again for a number of reasons.The first of which I do not understand their harsh rationing of toilet paper and other amenities.They did not leave sufficient toilet paper for my family of 4 for 3 days, and refused to give more and said, I had to purchase it on my own.They also did not provide enough towels.No dish towels, no rugs for the restroom, for when you get out of the shower, so you have to use your already small supply of bathtowels. The beds were uncomfortable and despite the main bedroom having stated that it had a queen bed, it was not.It was two twin beds pushed together, and you sunk to the middle at night and ended up piled on top of each other. The feeling inside the apartment was cold and barren. Lastly they said they provided a blowdryer but it was an American dryer with no converter, that sparked fire when i turned it on. They replaced it, but i had to ask and go without for a while.

The apartment was fabulous, providing the four of us with a lot of space to comfortably spread out. There were several places to sit and work, if needed. The master bedroom was HUGE! Check-in was AWFUL! They asked us ahead of time and said someone would meet us at our apartment to check us in. We provided our train arrival time and went directly from the train station to the apartment. When nobody was there, we contacted them and they said someone would be there in 10-15 minutes. It took 30 minutes for them to arrive. We stood out on the street in front of the apartment in 95 degree heat with all our luggage waiting to enter. We contacted them several times to inquire. They never once initiated contact to say they would be late or to let us know they were running behind. Had they simply let us know from the start that they would be there a half hour late, we would have either waited to arrive or found somewhere to stop and wait.
