I would leave Andreia 10 stars if I could. By far one of the best VRBO hosts I've encountered in literally dozens of bookings. The property itself is fantastic, perfectly located about a block from Ponte Vecchio, and has everything you need (bed was super comfy!). However, Andreia's hospitality and recommendations are why you should stay here. She gave me tips on seeing main attractions, as well as a long list of "local favorite" restaurants that I wouldn't have found otherwise. She even made the reservations for me in certain cases, so I didn't have to struggle with my poor Italian. And, she also recommended a wine tour that ended up being the highlight of my whole trip!

Our stay in Florence was amazing. The location of the apartment was right in the center, just a few minute walk from the closest stores, museums and supermarket. It was also close enough to walk to the train station. The place was very clean, organized, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive and informative too. Staying at this apartment was a pleasure and I’m so glad we found this place. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Florence!

Andreia and Lorenzo were very nice and helpful. Location near the Ponte Vecchio is close to a lot of the major attractions. If we visit Florence again we will look to book the same apartment.
