Von diesem Vermieter wird abgeraten.

Ankunft an einem Samstag. Der Vermieter hat verschwiegen, dass der gemietete Parkplatz nicht nutzbar war, dafür aber einen Tag mehr Miete berechnet, bis heute die Überzahlung nicht zurückerstattet bekommen, wobei der Vermieter vorab bereits darauf hingewiesen worden ist. Vermieter am Wochenende nicht erreichbar, AB wird wohl nicht abgehört. Erst nach dem Wochenende einen anderen, entfernteren Parkplatz angeboten bekommen. Fazit: Keine aktive Betreuung, Mieter ist sich selbst überlassen. Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung gibt nicht die örtlichen Probleme (Enge, Zufahrt zu angrenzenden anderen Parkplätzen etc.) ordnungsgemäß wider. Von diesem Vermieter muss abgeraten werden.
