Located in a quiet Country Club neighborhood with close access to hiking trails and golf, yet within a short driving distance to downtown and shopping. There are 2 golf courses nearby within walking distance - the Timberline Short Nine course and an 18 hole Continental Golf Club public course. Perched up on the hill, this condo offers privacy and beautiful mountain views!

The condo is equipped with high speed WiFi and has dedicated work space for business travelers.
It has a newly installed central air conditioning to provide guests with cooling comfort during the warmer summer months!

We loved everything about this place! So charming it felt like home! Was the perfect size for 2 people. A couple suggestions (which did not hinder our stay)… we arrived after the sun went down, and finding the exact unit was a little challenging so maybe having a bit more directions included for on property location would be helpful. Also, the property is quite dark at night, so having the outside light on would help in finding unit number and for code access (we used our phone flashlight).
