Everything was fine. The managers were helpful and responded immediately to all questions and requests. There was a supermarket right across the street and a bus stop for central Florence quite close. HOWEVER, for me the place was too noisy at night up until after midnight some nights. I didn't sleep well there even with ear plugs.Nothing the managers could help: late arrivals, doors slamming, people talking loudly in the hallways and so on. If not for that, I would stay there again
