All the bedrooms are spacious, 2 x rooms on the first floor have en-suites and walking wardrobes, to x large bedroom on the ground flor with the main bathroom,
Also consisting one the ground floor is a kids playroom to help to entertain the children
The kitchen is very well equipped with large open space to the dinning table and lounge area,
This property is a 10 minute drive from The New Forest, 20 minutes in Bournemouth beaches
Ferndown town is central to the adventures of the New Forest for walks or bike riding, horse riding tree top trail & go ape all 10min drive from the home, it is very close to the new Aqua water park with wake boarding & sailing on your door step 15min drive, also with only a close drive from the Blue Flagged Beaches of Bournemouth & Poole 25min, this home is fully equipped to give you the best of a luxury stay while away for 1 to 2 weeks,
if it's the adventure fun packed week or if you wish to take on some of the best golf courses in the south coast only 5min each direction Ferndown Golf, Ferndown Forest Golf or the Dudsbury Golf.

Ferndown
Ferndown is situated in East Dorset adjoining the boundaries of the larger towns of Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch and is surrounded by open countryside and woodlands; it is close to the vast open National Park of New Forest, and the market towns of Ringwood and Wimborne.
Theres some of the most World famous Ferndown Golf Course is round the corner while Parkstone, Broadstone and Isle of Purbeck are within an easy drive 20/30minutes. There are numerous municipals golf courses within a few miles drive as well. About 3 miles away is a very comprehensive, 2 level driving range, operating in evenings as well as daytime.
The extremely now cosmopolitan Bounemouth town centre is only 7miles away. It has lots of thriving night clubs for all ages, bars restaurants and shopping facilities. There is also a cinema and theatre/shows at Pavillion Theatre & Bournemouth International Centre.
