PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Emanuela is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche, that was renovated in comfortable and functional style. Set in a dominant position with an extraordinary open view over the wonderful countryside of Le Marche, this accommodation is perfect for holidays with family or friends in a spirit of total relaxation and simplicity, among breathtaking sceneries and close to important historic centres such as the city of Urbino. At the guests’disposal an outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue, a well equipped porch with tables, chairs and sofas for al fresco dinners. The large garden is completed by a panoramic salt water pool with Roman stairs.

The structure is set on two levels. On the ground floor there is a practical kitchen with dining area, a wide living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one with the possibility to add bunk beds, bathroom with shower. Through internal stairs you access the lower floor with double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and laundry area. Air conditioning is available in three bedrooms.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and an ironing board.

Lovely villa

The villa was much bigger than expected and of very good quality and well stocked. The views from the terrace and pool are incredible. Antonio was very welcoming and helpful. We were a family of five and had a great time.

Lage war wunderschön, etwas abgelegen, ruhig mit einer tollen Aussicht!Der Garten ist mit sehr viel Liebe angelegt und wird ebenso gepflegt. Wunderschöne Rosen, Lavendel, Ginster und Rosmarin.Schatteninseln mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein schöner Außenpool, sogar Badehandtücher für den Pool waren vorhanden.Das Haus, ebenso mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist sehr komfortabel, die Betten sind bequem und es gibt 3 Badezimmer.Zu erwähnen ist noch die Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist und die super Outdoor Küche.Der Betreuer des Hauses pflegt jeden Tag den Pool und die Außenanlagen. Hilft, wenn man Hilfe benötigt und kümmert sich darum.Wir haben uns alle wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Sehr schön!

Wir haben in den Herbstferien coronabedingt sehr spontan nach einer Unterkunft in Italien gesucht. So kamen wir eher überraschend in diese Gegend und haben es keinesfalls bereut. Das Haus von Antonio ist großzügig und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick! Für die Kinder gibt es neben dem Pool auch ein Fußballtor und eine Tischtennisplatte. Alles ist äußerst gepflegt und Antonio ist stets ansprechbar, wie auch Alice von der Agentur. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, auch in der Küche. Zu unserem Glück gab es auch eine Fußbodenheizung, da es im Oktober doch etwas kühler wurde. Wie würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Urlaub in Casa Emanuela

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber, alles vorhanden was man brauch. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und kam jeden Tag um den Pool zu pflegen. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal und man hat seine Ruhe. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. In ca 5 min ist ein Supermarkt.

Absolutely great

We spent one week in this lovely house and everything was just perfect. The view is stunning and it is very quiet as there are hardly any nearby neighbours. In the evening you can watch the sun going down behind the hills from the terrace. The house is spacious, well equipped and perfectly clean, we really enjoyed our stay. The pool is fantastic (big and clean), Antonio cleaned it every morning at 06:00 a.m but we neither heard nor saw him. He is always available if needed (we would have liked to talk to him more but he speaks very little english, only italian). We stayed in the house with a litte 2 years old an it is great with children (big garden, pool with fence, high chair, baby bed). A few hundred meters down the road is a agriturismo farm, where you can watch cows, horses and pigs (nice when travelling with children). Fermignano, which is about 5 km away, is not very worth seeing but it has a big supermarket and a great gelateria. The only thing we had to get used to was the silence and noises (animals) at night, knowing that you are in a big house with hardly any neighbours around. But that was fine after a few days. We will definitely consider to come back. Thanks for a great holiday : )
