Retreat to the beach in this quaint villa-style bay-front community, situated between North Fenwick Island and South Bethany Beach, Delaware. The Narrows is an exclusive association of just 15 residences overlooking the Assawoman Bay. "Mike's Sea Dream" is an end-unit townhome that offers the best of both worlds: a private community outdoor pool and waterfront gazebo on the bay, with beach access located just across the highway. Whether you are watching the sunset over the water or heading to the surf, this home is your gateway to coastal relaxation.

FLOOR-BY-FLOOR DESCRIPTION

Entry & First Level: Enter through the convenient carport to the elevated first floor. This level features three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Owner's Suite offers a Queen bed, TV, dual vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a private bayfront balcony. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and TV, while the third bedroom is perfect for guests with a Pyramid bunk bed (Full on bottom). A shared hallway bathroom and laundry area with a washer/dryer are also located on this level.

Second Level: The heart of the home boasts an open and airy living room with cathedral ceilings, comfortable seating, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area (seating for 6) make meal prep a breeze. Step out onto the spacious deck to enjoy panoramic northern views overlooking the bay and South Bethany Beach.

Third Level: The top floor features a bright, open-concept loft area, providing a versatile space for lounging or additional retreat space away from the main living area.

LINEN PACKAGE

1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

STARTER KIT

1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.


MISCELLANEOUS

-The maximum occupancy is 7 people.

-There is parking for 2 vehicles.

-No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

Lovely location

The house is perfectly located in a quieter area of Fenwick Island. It’s located between the bay and the beach. The Fenwick island state park is only 1/2 mile away. This house is perfect for a family of 6. I highly recommend this property - we had enjoyed our stay.

Mostly good but a few things could be better

Property could’ve been cleaned better. Found socks under one bed, sand in one shower and dishwasher had soiled dishes in it, As far as maintenance there was a very loose receptacle cover in the bedroom and the ground fault receptacle in the hallway bathroom did not work. Also it would have been nice to know that beach items such as chairs and an umbrella were available for use instead of having to bring those things with us. The visitor guide could use an update since the some pages are missing.
