Besonderes Haus in herrlicher Umgebung

Sowohl das modern gestaltete Haus mit Pool und schönem Garten als auch die Umgebung haben unserer ganzen Familie sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, von der überdachten Terrasse bietet sich ein atemberaubender Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und der Pool wurde von uns allen sehr geschätzt. Sowohl die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber als auch der Check-in waren vorbildlich organisiert. Die Lage war ideal für Wanderliebhaber, aber auch schöne Strände waren problemlos erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den herrlichen Urlaub! Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Pas de recommandation car....

Très belle maison bien située dans l'arrière-pays de L'Île-Rousse. La vue sur les montagnes est fantastique. L'aménagement est presque complet, bien que parfois un peu kitsch. Mais c'est bien connu, c'est une question de goût. Ce qui nous a manqué, c'est une possibilité d'ombre (parasol) à la piscine. Ce qui nous a également manqué, c'est un barbecue extérieur. Mais ce qui a gâché notre séjour dans la maison de Jean et qui est à l'origine de la mauvaise évaluation, c'est l'événement que je voudrais décrire brièvement ici. Le matin du check-in, j'ai reçu un message SMS me demandant de m'adresser à une personne, Sylvie. Immédiatement après, j'ai reçu un deuxième message SMS avec ma photo, prise à partir de mon profil WhatsApp, et en dessous, un message hautement insultant et définissant. Il semblerait que je ne devais pas être le destinataire du message, mais probablement Sylvie, qui devait nous remettre les clés. Je suis parti du principe que le message m'avait été envoyé par erreur. Lorsqu'on lui a demandé des explications, Jean s'est excusé pour le désagrément. Il a affirmé que son téléphone portable avait été piraté et que quelqu'un avait dû se permettre une mauvaise blague. Il n'avait pas envoyé le message et il devait maintenant se rendre à la police de Calvi, réinitialiser son smartphone et changer tous les pins et codes. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu tout à fait croire à cette histoire. L'hôte aurait-il voulu se permettre une mauvaise blague aux dépens de ses invités ? Ce serait plus qu'embarrassant. Ou alors son smartphone a vraiment été piraté. Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu retirer le récit.

Comfortable house with nice pool

Very nice, clean and comfortable house on walking distance from Feliceto. In Feliceto there’s an epicerie/depot de pain, bar and restaurant. We had a good dinner at the terrace of hotel Mare et monti. Check in was good, a friendly lady welcomed us. The house is well equipped. The only suggestion we would have is a bbq at the terrace. There is a charcoal bbq in the garden, but you have to go through the high grass and climb unomfortable stone-steps to get there. Also an (extra) umbrella at the pool side would be nice, now there is no shadow by the pool. The views from the terrace are stunning!

Tolles Haus, tolle Umgebung!

Sehr schönes, neues Haus, sehr großzügig gestaltet, netter Pool! Die beiden Ebenen mit Terrasse sind einfach großartig - man kann auch bei Regen draußen sitzen :-) Auch der Ort bietet - obwohl klein - viele Möglichkeiten. Danke an Sylvie, dass wir am Abreisetag noch länger den Pool genießen konnten!

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La villa est neuve, très bien pensée et agréable à vivre. La vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle, juste splendide sur les montagnes alentours.

Belle maison mais .....

La maison est belle et agréable mais les finitions sont loin d'être parfaites comme dit plus haut , Elle est correctement équipé sans plus , la clim et la piscine sont un vrai + , la vue est vraiment magnifique , le village tranquille . Dommage qu'il faille laisser la voiture dans la rue , on l'a rentré et on s'est fait reprendre par le propriétaire . Alors pourquoi seulement 1 étoile , Le propriétaire est désagréable et de mauvaise fois . A notre départ le dimanche matin tout allait bien , le lundi soir rien allait plus , on avait soit disant cassé un truc sur la piscine , une lampe , le chien qu'on avait était beaucoup trop gros , pourtant avant la réservation nous avions bien précisé la race de notre chien … de + d'autres locataires étaient à la maison depuis notre départ. Si vous aimez les vacances conflictuelles ,cette maison est faite pour vous , si vous aimez passer des vacances tranquilles passez votre chemin … Depuis 25 ans qu'on part en vacances , c'est bien la première fois qu'on est autant embêté et traité de la sorte ...

Maison toute récente qui manque de finitions. Principalement au niveau des douches(l eau s écoule dans le mauvais sens) pas de matériel pour racler et éponger.
