Villa Can Xesquet, is an old rustic Mallorcan estuary house, consists of two parts, the main house with two bedrooms and a bathroom, kitchen, terraces, patio, living room, swimming pool, and a second part that is an apartment with a room and a bathroom, there is no kitchen, the whole complete set is rented and has an independent entrance.
The house is located in the urban center of s´Horta, and 4 km from the beautiful beaches and coves in the area.
Reservations of groups under 25 years old are not accepted, violating this rule will lead to the immediate departure of the house without the right to a refund of the money paid.
