The place is beautiful but the room wasn’t the cleanest. There was hair from someone else in the shower and zero water pressure. There was a plunger by the toilet for a reason. A quick shower to rinse off that should take 10 min took about 30 to make sure all the soap was off

I like the area the hotel is in near the mall. Lots of stores and restaurants. The premises are very nice and clean. Unit comes with a kitchen with stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, pots/pans. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin. I could hear the whole conversations of the lady in the room next to me at night when I was trying to sleep.

Don’t stay here

I booked this room for my dad, but he was never even able to stay. While trying to complete the virtual check-in and receive the virtual key, the app kept saying that my room wasn’t available. It was seven in the evening! There was no one in the lobby to talk to, and there was no one to call. My dad sat outside for almost 2 hours while I was trying to talk to Hotels.com about the situation. He never was able to even get into his room. It was a complete nightmare! I will never encourage anyone to stay here!

The facility was great, and I will definitely stay again! The only thing that I did not like was the fact that they were painting, and after the first day, we were not able to use the first floor, where the gym was located and having to carry heavy items up to the second floor to get into the elevator was hard on us! Everything else was wonderful!!
