Really great property

This one's already in my saved list for when I come back to Fayetteville. It's that great! Fun little hidden, quiet street... walking distance to Rick's bakery...great restaurants minutes away... it checks all of the boxes. Incredibly comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen, super quiet. Book it! You won't be sorry.

Great Fayetteville Location!

Very nice property overall. Excellent location. Easy access to campus and surrounding areas. Garage was a nice bonus. A few minor issues (malfunctioning garage door and broken ceiling fan/light which management responded to quickly. Would recommend.

Loved it!

Everything was great bout our stay. But plugging iron in apparently blew a fuse and we were without power in bedrooms, NOT bathrooms in entire upstairs for 1st night and most of 2nd day. But the maintenance crew showed up and fixed problem. Asap. This is not a negative review whatsoever. Just the facts. Would use these guys again for sure!

College visit

Traveling for a college visit with our son and a couple of his friends. This was a perfect location. Close to campus with room to spread out. Just a short walk down the hill and they could hang out at Arcadia or grab bagels or visit Rick’s bakery for breakfast. Would stay again.

We stayed here for my daughter’s college orientation. The property was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. We loved the proximity to UA as well as coffee, groceries, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little palce to stay

Private, clean, spacious and tucked away, this condo style home was a nice surprise. There are MANY steps on this 3 level home, so keep that in mind. overall wonderful stay and experience. :)
