This was a very good property that was in walking distance to many restaurants. Convenient to the University of Arkansas. All amenities worked to satisfaction and property was well maintained. Only opportunity is the door pad was challenging but there was a key box that made it easy to use.

This is the second time we have stayed with this host, and at this property. For a stay in Fayetteville, near the University, and centrally located, you will not find a better property. Well-appointed, great amenities, and a very attentive host. We will definitely be staying again

The host was fantastic & communicated well. She let us know ahead of time about neighboring construction. The entrance gate with access to all of the units was not working properly, which she also informed us ahead of time & provided us with alternative options in case we encountered issues. The unit was clean, cute & was exactly what we needed for the weekend! I will but adding this as one of my options when returning to the area!

The host was wonderful! Very communicative and helped us immediately when we got the door code messed up. The condo was well supplied with snacks, cokes, coffee and amenities! We will definitely try to stay here again! It's clean, spacious, and has everything we could possibly want.

Such a comfortable, roomy, pretty, and well-equipped apartment! And lovely to be able to hike the greenway path from the apartment or stroll over to downtown for coffee. The hosts are very pleasant, accommodating and conscientious. Highly recommended!

Modern Comfort and Excellent Location

This rental has updated furniture, and comfortable bedding. It is located in the heart of Dickson but in a quiet, gated area. We have stayed here before and love it!

Beautiful and spacious condo close to everything!

This is a beautiful and spacious spot close to Dickson! It was so nice to not have to get an Uber to go to the square, Dickson, campus and the stadium! It had everything we needed and Linda was so responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!!

Great space for our trip to drop off my son at college. Close to everything, clean well maintained, and well equipped space. Easy parking and loading, just steps from Vrbo, great security. Host is excellent. Will not hesitate to book again.

Best VRBO yet!

Absolutely the best VRBO our family has stayed in to date. We frequently try and only use them and Linda has this figured out! She left nothing unthought of. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Hope to stay here if we make it this way for Baseball again plenty of room for our family of 4!
