Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with gas appliances, spacious dining and gathering areas, and expansive upper and lower oceanfront porches perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
At Sugary Sands, we believe in making the most of Exuma’s endless sunshine—so we put it to work! In Fall 2024, we took a big step toward sustainability by installing solar panels. Now, nearly 90% of our power comes from the sun, helping reduce strain on the island’s limited power grid and allowing us to be better stewards of this beautiful paradise, while the rest of the island will be lighting candles you’ll still be enjoying the cool A/C, streaming your favorite shows, or relaxing with a good book. Just another way we make sure your stay is as comfortable—and eco-friendly—as possible.
