Unsatisfied

The stay was ok but owner switched the hotel for us and only provided three rooms instead of 4. I need my refund rback as Hotel.com said the hotel has top ratings. But the owner lied and hotel.com did not check if the ratings for the hotel and the owner/staff. They do this periodically I have heard online.
