Sheets weren't clean. Room Door locks were broken and bashed into. Not enough parking due to the bar out back that caused noise and had drunks banging on peoples doors in the hotel. Electric issues. Had lamps with no plugs to power the lights. Low wifi, so tvs signals were lost every 2 minutes. If you have the money, stay elsewhere and pay extra to do so.
First of all, it’s a hotel—and that is not mentioned in the listing. Secondly, it is a dumpy motel—dirty carpets, few amenities, stairs but no elevators. Worst of all was the customer service. I received no address or access info and when I called to get them I was asked on several attempts to try calling back in ten minutes or so. When the guy had time to talk he told me I had to supply my ID and credit card info over the phone. I told him I was at my departure airport and couldn’t forward ID info from there (not that I would have been willing to anyway). He kept repeating,”ID and credit card info.” I called Vrbo Customer Support and they got him on the line where he kept repeating, “ID and credit card info.” I had to board my flight but the CS woman was able to at least forward the address to me by email. Upon arrival, the desk agent was the same man I had spoken to earlier. No mention of the trouble we’d had on the phone, no hint of an apology for the earlier issues. And then there was the room. Not shabby but far from appearing “newly renovated” as claimed in the online description.I was never aware that Vrbo included hotels in their listings, and I don’t think they should—or if they do it should be made very clear in the listing. The experience certainly didn’t kill me, but I wouldn’t want to repeat it again—or wish anyone else to have to endure it either.
