Beware of extra charges from host
We enjoyed the property. It was generally up-to-date & clean. We did find a blouse & panties in 2 different places in the house. The host was generally response, We had left the property for 5 days when we received a notice that we owed an additional $180. The condo is rated for 8 people & we had 6. This was a shock that VRBO will reverse.

We are 4 men (4 bedrooms are ideal) in for golf get together and tournament.
The beds are in good shape and the whole house is clean and neat. Left add'l things like laundry detergent/cleaning stuff if needed,etc. Has a nice little back garden area (fenced in) for evening cocktails in summer time-----could use a few more simple out door chairs, but we made do with the existing. Ideal location for Va golf courses and access to DC and Md if needed. Two parking spaces worked for us.

Plenty of space
The property was as advertised, clean and had everything we needed. There is a grocery store, Starbucks and couple restaurants very close. We managed without a car, used Uber to take us to Metro and easily made it to everywhere we wanted to go.

Great location and home.
The home was perfect for our group. There are three bedrooms upstairs (queen, queen, twin) and one bedroom downstairs (2 twins). The entire place was very clean and the owner was extremely hospitable and had waters, milk and juice for us at the home upon our arrival. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryers. We had a very positive experience and I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay around the DC/Fairfax area.
