This fabulous four bedroom, two bathroom home, includes a massive garage for guest use. It has been put together for a perfect Exmouth getaway. Sit back and relax on the patio as the sun goes down after a day of great adventure. Wander down to the canals and onto your own private jetty suitable for a 15m boat. This house is Pet Friendly so you are more than welcome to bring your fur baby!

This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.
Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being center stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Nice property to stay at.roadside noise bit noisy in the morning due to location.would have liked to check in just a bit earlier pretty much wasting a night's stay on check in.having the pontoon there for the boat was good.overall experience was good.would have stayed longer but bit too pricy for any longer than a week.thanks👍

Great family holiday
Great house, clean, tidy and comfortable with great aircon for hot days and in amazing location.
Only issue we had was with check in times. We asked for early check in as we had one adult with 2 very young children arriving at mid day by plane so we were told early check in would be ok from 12pm onwards however come check in day the house was not ready until 2pm which meant my sister and her two young kids were stuck waiting for 2 hours outside with no means of transport on a 42 degree day.
Other than this it was a great stay.
Just think maybe you shouldn’t accept early check ins with customers unless you can guarantee it will be ready otherwise some other plans could have been made.

Great little gettaway
Great little gettaway home away from home. Beautiful bright space and most things you want in a home, with a jetty. We have young kids and it wasn’t set up for that so had our own travel crib, bath tub and high chair. But it is otherwise well set up for older children or adults. Lovely polished concrete floors throughout and large bedrooms with AC and ceiling fans.
