Although some of the furnishings were worn, bedding, towels, bathroom floor, and wood furniture surfaces were clean (ha ha, I checked by wiping down with sanitizing wipes because of reading other reviews). Gentlemen staffing front desk were courteous and efficient. Didn't use flat screen tv or shower so can't speak of them, everything else worked. Housekeeping tidied and restocked towels. Room 109. New lamps with electric outlets, new vanity surface, and tiled shower in good condition. Older vanity in bedroom had good lighting for makeup. Bathroom window was a little difficult to operate. Walls appear to have recently been painted. Walks are not soundproof, bring your earplugs, Whit noise app, or other means of coping. Easy to find, although it's worth noting the only driveway entrances are on Southbound right-turn lane of Broadway. Very easy to go around the block to arrive and depart in the right direction. Tight parking seemed adequate for my small vehicle. Next to an arena. And near a jail. On a busy intersection. And best of all, within a block of a Buzz Inn restaurant and lounge. Good food there. Some other guests congregated in the parking lot in the evening, one shouter. Neighbors had loud inside voices. All quieted down by about 9 pm and people exited parking lot. Maybe too chilly, dunno. One evening a car came through with a loud horn, waiting for someone to come out.
Ok place clean great location nice staff lady very respectful would stay again but did not get credit for freenights stayed over week
It wasn't good or bad. Only stayed for one night and it served its purpose. Nice rates was a plus and super close to where I needed to be.
Very good rate, nice proprietors, an older motel with some issues - but certainly good enough for a simple overnight stay at 1/2 (or so) the rate of most other places in downtown Everett. Continental breakfast is not bad.
We stayed for 4 nights and overall it beat sleeping in a tent. The bed was very comfortable the AC worked and there was a decent shower. The TV channel selection and internet were great after a long day in Seattle or Tacoma. The neighborhood was less than appealing. The street in front of the motel was busy and noisy at all hours as well as being the hooker, drug addict ect main route. Our second night we were awoken by a domestic dispute in the room next door at around 3am. Overall I have stayed in worse locations elsewhere in the world but my wife was not pleased. If you just want a place to lay your head and clean up within driving distance of Seatac on the cheap then it is not too bad.
Miss leading with photos dirty bathrooms... oh and on the desk it says must pay $100 cash to clerk for room deposit!! Not good need less to say I didn't and called him out on it and confirmed it was for the ruff clientele in the area.
They stuck us in a room in the back corner of the building where I did not feel safe. . The room smelled musty, moldy and was not clean. The window did not open altho they did have A/C, The place needs a major updating. We paid way too much for it. I would NOT stay here again.
This Hotel is not as the pictures show on booking.com or any other site. The rooms are old and rundown. Needs a major renovation. I would not stay here again. Parking is poor no space you need a small vehicle. For a Wyndam hotel i was shocked.
Staff was good and accomodating. Rooms are in need of a refresh, doors stick - need a hard push to open and close. Pics online are not from this location.
We booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child as the ad said it was fine for 3 people. Our assumption was that it would have a pull out couch or roll away bed in addition to the queen bed, but it didn't. We feel as though this is falsified information. We only stayed one night instead of the 3 we booked. The property was also incredibly noisy. Definitely would not recommend this location.
