I am disabled, and the woman who works up front was extremely rude and unhelpful! And on top of it she charged me for dirty towels! She made me cry and completely ruined my trip. I will urge everyone I know to STAY AWAY from travel lodge!

Air-heather Conditioner is a very long noise. Feels a lot of dust in the air when you turn it on.

Only got this because it was cheapest and i was only spending few hours in the area to get some sleep and get shower for about 6hours. I was greeted there by the front desk personnel who had just woke up. He was walking barefooted. When i got to the room, i was greeted by some kind of insect flying around, i had to chase it around. The bed looked like they were not made, after i removed the comforter, the sheets were wrinkly and dirty so i did not use them, i just used my own blanket. The heater was blowing cold air even if it was set to high heat. Not worth the price i paid.

Doing some remodeling in the office but otherwise can't beat the price

Went to Washington for our 10 year class reunion. While it looked clean, I can't believe this was true. The carpet was constantly soaked after room service was there. They would run the shower everyday to clean it and leave a puddle of water in front of the shower. The bathroom was so small when you opened the door you hit the toilet. You had to step in to the shower to close the door to get to the toilet. During the last night we were there the TV switched to visually impaired and if you don't know what that is, it is where they tell you what the actors are doing. Example being, "Steve high fives contestant and they continue to laugh." So stupid. After 30 minutes it switched itself back to normal TV. Lastly I don't think they have the proper doors for the room. I could see the sun coming through every edge of the door. Also when you turned off the lights at night, you could see the street lights shinning around the edges of the door as well. Will never stay here again.

Staff was helpful; at all times. From the start I called I would be late checking in they said it was not a problem to checking out. As the girl at the office went out out of her way to give me directions. Printed a map for me. Brakfast was good and coffee was nice and hot after a long day the night befor.

for the price it was ok the carpet was dirty and the place look like people lived in the rooms for weeks not just a couple of days.

The hotel had more of a motel feel - the suites were accessed from outside and there were only two floors. The reception area was quite small and cramped and included a very small counter where breakfast was to be served in the morning. We booked a non-smoking suite on the second floor. Although it was a non-smoking suite, it smelled very strongly of cigarettes. The walls and ceiling were stained with what looked like water stains. The shower in the washroom was very small, dark, and cramped. The mattress was very stiff and uncomfortable and the sheets smelled odd and felt very mucky. There was wifi available but there was VERY poor signal - I had two bars of wifi service at best and was hardly able to use the internet. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel.

This was reasonable priced, but it is on a very noisy corner with lots of morning traffic. Don't plan to sleep in.

The stay was awesome. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Lots of lighting in the parking lot. And a walk to close accommodations you need. Comcast arena, food, shops, bars and grills.

OLDER BUT CLEAN HOTEL WITH GREAT COFFEE. The rooms were small with only a shower. For the price and location we were very stratified.

The room was comfortable and a great location with in walking distance from the train station. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking and there are signs asking people to be 25 feet from the building when smoking. However, the room REEKED of STALE smoke. We could not get to a store quick enough to get air spray, that just covered the stale smoke smell lightly. The breakfast included, cereal, milk, apples, oranges, and juice, bagels and English muffins that could be toasted. No room in office to eat. The food needed to be carried to the room with an included tray. .

TV didn't work, parking spaces are far too narrow for modern vehicles. Weird creeper hanging out by the vending machines late at night.

The bed was clean, comfy, and just fantastic. Nice tv. The towels were all clean, no stains. BUT sadly that was all that was good. The room needs to be stripped and completely cleaned. Needs new paint, new faucets, new carpet. The wallpaper trim was coming off the walls, the bathroom had black mildew on the ceiling and in the shower. Had the bed not been clean we would have never stayed at the hotel. There really was no time to find another one as we had to be at an event within the hour we arrived in Everett.

It's a great location. A lot around the area. Just off the interstate. Very friendly staff. Quiet and relaxing. Great value for price

My sheets were damp and most of the lights did not work, gave me a good deal for extra night moved into another room and they need to learn how to change light bulbs most were burned out. I like that they have coffee, mini fridge and microwave in room.

The staff at the hotel very friendly. The location ideal for access to the Mall and all shopping/attractions in the Seattle area. The room was clean and adequate for a one night stay.

It is not the best hotel for couples getaway, but if you want something affordable for a long stay it's good. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful one I've seen. I would stay there again if need be

Good, clean, safe, friendly, quite hotel. A good really inexpensive place to stay for the nite. Nothing really worked to well in the room.. Tv, lights, safe, ect, but they had new sheets on the bed and good heating. I recommend this for a shopping trip from Canada because its 10 mins away from Seattle premium outlets and 30 min from downtown Seattle .For $47.00 a nite you can't be too picky.

I booked a room at the Travel lodge for NYE thinking: This isnt going to be nice or comfortable but at least I am not driving - I am in a band playing for a private party in Everett that night.. the cost was right.!! When I walked into the room, I thought I had checked into the wrong place... very clean, great bed, comforable... nice bathroom. The night manager/owner? I checked in with assured me that it was a secure place and no "obnoxious behavior" was tolerated that would bother guests. Thank for a great experience at the end of a fun/safe night. I would stay again any night of the year!!
