Perfect location, large suite
Easy checkin; coffee and tea service in lobby; room with helpful kitchen things (fridge, microwave, paper plates, napkins, utensils, Keurig); comfy bed; nice furniture; adjustable thermostat that works.
Great friendly staff
I had a one night stay at the hotel, and it was a good experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. The rooms were comfortable and quiet.
The front staff was very welcoming and responsive to any needs we had during the three night stay. The facility looked recently renovated and the rooms are clean and bright. I would highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn.
Super close to the airport and so comfortable. Beds are super comfy and the show was amazing. Highly recommend.
Nice rooms, friendly staff. All good unless you actually need to sleep. The rooms facing the road have such loud street traffic, which you would not expect in Eugene. I was awake both nights I stayed. Told the front desk and they said this was a known issue but would ‘require a remodel’ to fix. If sleep matters, stay somewhere else.
No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. Stopper on the tub did not work.
clean, modern property
Always enjoy staying here. Friendly/helpful staff and convenient location. Rooms are great too.
Clean
It was very clean and well-kept. I did not like all of the signs everywhere about wearing a mask and social distancing. It was overkill. I already know the requirement, which is not actually a law, but a mandate, nonetheless.
Our room had been recently and completely redone. We are building a small house and saw several things that we have already picked out and several more that were great ideas that we will follow up.on. the lighting in particular was very pleasant. Also very nice to see shower bottles instead of the tiny plastic ones.
Quiet, clean and friendly front desk
Poop stains on the sheets. They couldn’t replace them because there was only a front desk person working and she couldn’t leave. Had to switch rooms. Swimming pool and hot tub stunk so bad and hurt our eyes no one in the hotel could swim for more than a few minutes.
Easy to get to it, very close to Supermarket, Restaurants, The University, and the Downtown area.
