The staff was very friendly but the room was terrible. We had the 1 bdrm suite and the heating/air system by the window was leaking very bad and the entire carpet around the system was soaking wet....meaning this thing has had to been leaking for a while. Then around 11:30 pm the room above us decided to fill the bath tub....it was so loud in our room it sounded like running water was falling through the ceiling. Then when they drained the tub it sounded like the pipes were right above our head in the bedroom. We called the staff and they said "ya we get complaints about that all the time" that was very frustrating.....they should notify patrons about this prior to booking the room.

Our sink was fully clogged with what looked like sewer water and we called and they fixed it quickly and did offer a new room which we said we were okay to stay if they fixed the sink, which they did. However, once we got back in our room we noticed a huge puddle of water in the corner of the main hallway enterance area. Like enough water it soaked over 1 towel worth.
