Air conditioning was not working in 2 bedrooms. Host only offered a fan and no service. House was on sales market and we werent aware. All cookware, dishes in kitchen was old. House was large but very outdated, stains on carpet. Driveway was a challenge. House location was quiet but is a time warp.

The house was nicely set up for a family of 5. Space to gather and space to rest away from yhe buzz. Great neighborhood. Convenient location to UO Campus, stadium, shopping, and groceries. Overall, a very nice stay.

The home met all our needs, very spacious for a large friend group. We attended Autzen stadium game and it was walkable as Uber was harder to come by after game.

Huge Gathering Space with Room for all. Really loved the large space with room to spread out. Plenty of household amenities to cook, BBQ etc. our only downfall was the house was so big the second AC unit failed for some of the rooms, But they sent out a technician the very same day. Appreciated the communication and would stay here again .

Beyond Our Expectations!

We were two generations of an extended family of ten members coming together from three different states. The five bedroom accommodations worked out perfectly for us and were comfortable and quiet. The house is arranged in such a way that it never seemed cramped and had everything we required and more. We all wished we could have stayed longer!

Excellent house !

We stayed for UO graduation with family. House was perfect for us. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking stuff. House clean. All great. Communication easy and super responsive. Would recommend to anybody!

Sibling Reunion

This house was so comfortable and easy for entertaining and visiting with family. We are 3 sets of siblings with spouses, from Atlanta, Buffalo and Flagstaff. Our mother lived here with her husband for many years and passed away nearly 8 years ago, but her 95 year old husband and his family remains in Eugene/Springfield area. The house made a perfect location for family gatherings.

Not what my family was expecting. Worst stay ever!

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. Upon arrival the home smelled terrible. My family spend our entire first night opening windows and lighting candles to mask the smell of urine and stale smoke. All of the towels that were provided were wet and smelled of mildew. We spent hours trying to re-wash everything. 2 of the beds had wet sheets and we had to sleep on top of the blankets. This is just the start of the nightmare. The dishwasher was broken. Most of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We had to hand wash everything before we could use it. Some of the windows we’re broken and wouldn’t open and close, light bulbs were out. The mattress in the fold out couch should be thrown straight in the dumpster it had a massive stain on it. We ended up having to make a detailed list of all of the issues to report back to the rental company. It was so much work on our end and made the entire stay stressful. It ended up becoming a full time job. Hands down the worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere. Please don’t stay here, save yourself and your family the trouble. This house should not be available to rent, the company needs to go through and have a deep cleaning done, probably rip up all of the carpet and have contractors come through and fix everything that’s broken. It’s shocking that these items haven’t been addressed and they continue to rent it out. Thankfully for the people checking in right after us we left the home looking and smelling much nicer than it did when we arrived
