I had a 6 night stay and am happy to report that it was very comfortable. I slept very well and enjoyed the feel of the beds. Some of my neighbors were a bit odd and parking can be a little bit of a challenge at night but overall it is a really good affordable place to stay. My only criticism is that the housekeeping is a bit inconsistent. The first 2 days it was good. Then it was very minimal then good again.

Stayed here overnight, as I was driving through. Great place, quiet and restful stopover on a road trip.

Pleasurable stay, friendly staff, clean rooms, and quiet. Nice pool too.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days in August 2017. We checked in late in the evening. The front desk clerk was nice. The bathroom had a musty odor and the toilet clogged the first time we used it. We called the front desk around 11:30 pm and were told there was not a maintenance person on duty, so we asked for a plunger, which the front desk clerk brought to us apologetically. Thankfully the plunger did the trick, but we kept it there our entire stay just in case it was needed again. There were a couple of dryer sheets blowing out of the AC unit vents, it looked like they were there to freshen up the musty smell of the room. The beds were comfortable, the shower worked great, and everything was clean. The pool was open but the hot tub was closed for maintenance. I think the motel just needs a bit of updating. Okay for the price.

Had a wonderful experience. We were driving from Sacramento to the Northern Oregon Coast. Decided to stay in Eugene for the night to split up the drive. Arrived at 1:30am. We were greeted by a very friendly staff, who got us checked in very quickly so we could get to sleep. Woke up and had a nice breakfast, with a full staff refilling coffee, keeping everything clean, and making sure everyone had what they needed. We'll be staying here anytime we're in Eugene. Great experience, close to everything, and very convenient.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I think for this hotel you are paying for the location because it's definitely not worth the price I paid in any other location. There were no real problems but the rooms were relatively small, the bed was very firm and for the price I think you can find better in Eugene unless you have to be right next to campus.

The motel was little tired old, could use some up date.

Great location, very nice staff and super clean rooms!

The beds were okay and the room was clean. The handicap bath access was not so good as it was a tub not a shower. The front office seems to be stressed out and apparently have the attitude that the customer is always wrong as they argue over the littlest thing. In my case, they agreed to give both my rooms late checkout as I had my 91 year old father and 88 year old mother along and needed extra time to get them out of their room. The next day they refused to give one room late checkout. When I pointed out that I could not check in until 4 pm and had to wait. They argued with me saying I did not have to wait since 4 pm was their check in policy. I told them I did not want to argue with them. They finally relented with a sneer on their faces. My point being that they would still have time to clean the room for the next guest since their check in was at 4:00 pm and I would be out of the room by 2:00 pm. Maybe they were just having a bad day. Just to accommodate them I checked out of one room early so the maid could clean that room and left the other room as soon as I got my parents ready to leave.

I like location and the person checking us in was sweet. Bad stuff; someone knocking on door next to us at 2am . The problem was it shook our whole room, vibrating. He kept going and knocking. Used the hair dryer and I don't think it was wiped down for multiple people. Gross.

The best pancakes ever. Best staff. Great room selections everyone extremely friendly and again, awesome pancakes

Very nice hotel clean and comfortable room. Close to freeway and airport. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Close to nice restaurants. Safe area I would recommend and I would stay again Reasonable rate and quite

I love the people who work here, they are friendly, helpful and were able to extend my stay due to weather another night at an excellent price.

The rooms are very comfy and the staff was real nice. Breakfast was very good consisting of your continental items plus cheese omelette, sausage, pancakes and bisquits and gravy. It was rainy and cold so walking to breakfast in a separate building wasn't much fun. Having a covered walkway from one building to the next would be nice.

I really liked how clean and comfortable it was and I really like breakfast in the morning it was a very good one

Nice place to stay with restraunts with in walking distance. My room had a balcony with a view of a stream.

The staff was very polite and the bed was comfortable but, had no real blanket. Mostly composed of layers of sheets. However, the toilet was plugged up and I found 3 spiders in the room and 2 in the bathroom. For the price I paid, almost $200 a night, the room should have been bug free and a lot nicer and biger with a bigger TV. I've stayed at many hotels and this is on the bottom of my list for the price.

easy to find---room nice and spiffy the door lock wouldnt open so thank goodness there was another room available! the geese honked alot during the night after landing right outside the window!

Great spot, close to the college. Lot's of trails and a creek near by. Hotel has a pool and grocery store close by. Close to downtown. Complimentary breakfast is nice also. Clean modern rooms. Will definitely stay again.

Located across from UO. Room is clean and has all amenities there. Swimming pool, exercise room, breakfast, coin operated laundry . . You have everything u need away from home
