A cozy home on a quiet street super close to great amenities

The Fillmore guest house is a cozy home with a fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds and a completely fenced back yard.
We pride ourselves in keeping the home very clean and comfortable. Some of our amenities include:
High speed internet.
Washer and dryer access.
Pet friendly house and fenced back yard.
Mini split heating and air conditioning unit.
Heated tile floors.
A parking area in front of the house reserved for your use as well as on street parking.

The home is on a quiet side street but an easy one or two block walk away from good Chinese food, fantastic pizza, a kid friendly pizza parlour and a cute Mexican restaurant.
Bus lines are very close and the u of o is a 5 minute drive away.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a private yard, and a coffee maker.

Comfortable home with all the amenities.

Comfortable home with everything we needed for our weekend in Eugene. The home was clean, beds were very comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

Cute house, excellent location

We were in town to greet my brother who was finishing a cross country bicycle ride. This location couldn’t have been better. We had a great couple of days exploring the town. The house itself is pretty basic but had what we needed, a home base where we could visit as a family. Would stay here again if back in Eugene.
