Cozy and Modern Waterfront Cottage

Come relax at this peaceful, lakefront home!

The house is fully updated and just steps to a few sandy beaches.

The space features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large dining room, laundry room, living room, sitting area, large back deck with seating, and a fire pit. We also have a new blackstone grill and a small charcoal grill for the purists out there.

The fully stocked kitchen has stainless appliances, dishwasher, granite counters, plus a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and utensils.

Bedrooms feature 2 queen beds and twin bunk beds. We do not allow boats in our driveway unfortunately as the roads are pretty tight and it is hard to get the boat in the driveway. However, you can rent an overnight slip at number 9 marina for $25 a night or use a nearby boat ramp and park the boat in front of the sandy beach when the weather is good.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a travel crib.
