All of the above! The room was immaculate. Super clean and perfect. Newly remodeled, comfy and cute. The bathroom was awesome and new. Great towels, hot water, great pressure. The breakfast was even great. If you are looking for a comfy and clean spot that does not break the bank when you're up here just trying to be outside, this is your place!!

Room was in decent condition, but really small compared to the photos. They charged a refundable deposit I wasn't made aware of ahead of time. The "coffee" in the morning was absolutely horrendous and the vending machine did not work. I was also told I would pay at the property, but they charged the card before we even arrived. Okay for a day or two, but not recommended for a longer stay.

Upon arrival I Had an issue with the shower head in my room so the front desk staff IMMEDIATELY gave me a new room without question. Very nice lady. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff was kind and helpful throughout my whole stay. The breakfast was incredibly lacking I kind of booked this place because of breakfast included but ended up going elsewhere both mornings, otherwise I was happy with my stay.

The hotel itself was great. Unfortunately I was given 2 keys and one of them did not work when I tried to get back into my room that evening. So I ended up sleeping in my car for the night. I did try calling the after hours number and left 3 voice messages but never got a response.

Clean room, our room was tiny with no operable windows and poor entertainment/tv selections, and no bed dpread or extra bankets. There is no deck, it is a walkway, hot tub location is very poor. It should not be called a lodge, as it is really a motel.

We arrived for a one night getaway with our kids. The unit we rented was very cold when we arrived and within thirty minutes we realized the heater was not turning on. The fireplace was also broken. After contacting management they sent a maintenance worker over to try to repair the thermostat. We were keeping calm, assuming it would get repaired and the heat would start soon, it was 57 degrees inside. So far the trip was not starting out smoothly, we were trying to watch a football game, but also having to text with management and have people in and out of the unit. 2hr later we were told they couldn’t repair the heater. We were given one small electric heater. The guy at the front desk was being kind and apologetic, but didn’t seems to understand why we wanted to consider leaving after we asked to move rooms and all they could offer were two separate one bedroom units. We have kids and that is not an option for us to split up, and super lame when we booked the two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. They couldn’t get any more electric space heaters. It seemed like they didn’t really understand why we decided to leave. I asked for a refund AND expressed that we should be compensated for the hassle and offered a voucher for an additional night free to return at another time. The manager (off site, but front desk guy was communicating with) refused to offer us any additional perks and would only issue a refund. I asked to speak with her and she refused. Terrible service.
