Finca "Almijan Alegria" with Sea & Mountain View, Pool and Wi-Fi

The 5000m2 Finca Almijan Alegria is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Estepona, just a few minutes from the beach, surrounded by countryside and nature and is suitable for all those who long for a relaxing beach vacation in front of a fantastic backdrop. In total, the finca has two indoor lounges, 2 outdoor lounges, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, barbecue, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people with the option of accommodating up to 10 people with 2 extra beds. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air-conditioning in the lounge and ground floor bar, fireplaces, satellite TV, alarm system and washing machine.

The highlight of the finca is the beautiful, private outdoor area with swimming pool, outdoor shower and well-kept tropical garden with avocado trees and fountain. Relax on the sun loungers by the pool or refresh yourself in the cool water on hot summer days. The comfortable lounge furniture invites you to read exciting books or just relax. You can also use the grill to prepare delicious meals. You can enjoy these at the beautifully set, shaded outdoor dining table with your loved ones over a glass of wine. The pool and garden are cleaned twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday afternoons).

From the finca you have direct access to the beach, less than 7 minutes walk away. You can reach a supermarket in 3 minutes by car (900 m). Several restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping are only 3-7 minutes away by car. The city of Marbella can be explored after a 15/20-minute drive (23 km).

Included: Parking spaces available on the property, pets allowed, two extra beds available on request, bed linen, bath and pool towels, laundry, alarm system, drinking water, gas, wifi and air conditioning.

For stays of more than 2 weeks, a free cleaning service of 2 hours per week is offered (except from January to March). Additional cleaning is available for a fee. Personalised services are offered for sports activities, theme events, catering, chef, etc. Electricity is free of charge up to a consumption of 40kWh per day.

Beautiful grounds, stunning views, easy access to everything

Loved the home for a birthday getaway for my partner and me. House was clean and bright. Backyard and pool are showstoppers. Easy access to Estepona harbor, stores and only a 45 minute drive to Gibraltar. Will book again.

A great house, with very nice outdoor areas

4 couples traveling with babies. The house held a good standard and had everything we needed. Big, great pool area right outside the house and the owner even got us extra sunbeds at our request. Had many nice evenings outside with barbecue dinners in a fantastic view. Thanks for having us!

Great Pool, gardens and main house - Bedrooms don't work for a family

Overall, delighted with our stay (but...). The house and pool/garden area is fantastic and great for large groups and entertaining (we had a few barbeques with guests & was fab). Kitchen, living rooms, etc., all nicely finished and good location (it's a converted Finca property, not a new build and not in a developed area - but close to shops, main road and beaches). The key problem is the bedrooms aren't directly connected to living space - so you need to go out the front door (and in another outside front door), or through the main bedroom, to get to the 2 smaller bedrooms and a bathroom! It just doesn't work for a family and, the only reason we wouldn't book again (and for this reason, the house is also bit too pricey re usable space/bedrooms). Owner was great and sorted a couple of small things quickly and a great holiday overall.

Amazing Villa

This Villa exceeded all our expectations. Located in a private, peaceful setting with a fantastic layout. The pool was a good size with a large patio and furniture surrounding it to relax. The hosts were great at communicating and so helpful with assisting us with some extra local services and activities. I have no hesitation in recommending these people and their Villa.

La limpieza general y el equipamiento de la piscina claramente mejorables

Decepcionados por el estado de la limpieza de la vivienda, de los colchones y almohadas y de la piscina en el momento de la entrada que han desmerecido la vivienda. El equipamiento de la piscina muy pobre y en mal estado, se quitaron los almohadones y colchonetas porque no estaban limpias y durante la estancia no se limpiaron ni se reemplazaron

La vida loca

Leuk, groot huis, alle mogelijke faciliteiten aanwezig, eerder voor 8 personen geschikt, mooie en grote grond, op redelijk rustige locatie en dicht bij alles, mercadonas vlak bij, Estepona, Marbella in de buurt. Kortom een plaats op tot rust te komen. Zeer vriendelijk en extreem behulpzame huiseigenaar, elk probleem werd onmiddellijk behandeld en opgelost. Zou ik dit huis nog eens huren : absoluut !
