Casa muy vieja para el precio que tiene

La casa cumplía todo lo que apetecía en la descripción y Miguel fue muy amable y puntual pero la casa tenía muchas deficiencias, olía mal un baño estaba atascado, los armarios no eran funcionales y las ventanas no cerraban correctamente. Para ese precio debería tener algunas mejoras. Por lo demás ubicación era excelente y también el jardín y la piscina estaban muy bien cuidados. Muchas gracias un salido

Propriétaire très agréable et très disponible. Situation géographique très pratique , tout à proximité, voiture inutile. Extérieur de la maison très bien entretenue, mais un petit bémol odorant ambiant ainsi que pour le linge de maison.

Una casa estupenda

Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos y tranquilos en la casa y en la localidad de Esposende. Una casa grande y con todo muy bien. La piscina es magnífica. La playa está a cinco minutos andando. Si tienes perro, a 10 minutos tienes una estupenda playa adaptada a perros. Si hay ocasion volveremos.

Kein schöner Aufenthalt.

Das alte Haus riecht modrig und ist ohne Lüften nicht erträglich. Ein Schlafzimmer ist eine unbenutzbare "Kriechkammer". Kein Schrank (Kleider und Küchen) war nutzbar aufgrund des Geruchs. Mobilar ist alt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (6.000 EUR für zwei Wochen) ist daher unangemessen.

Bord de mer

De la nappe de table au seche linge, des bains de soleil au fauteuils de jardin, rien ne manquait a l'appel, belle maison, proprietaire généreux sur les commodités et souple sur nos contraintes. Une mention pour l'acceptation de notre animal de compagnie. Un bemol tout de même, il manquerait sans doute quelques degres dans l'eau de la piscine pour etre au paradis !

Fijn huis op een mooie plek

Het huis is zeer compleet (veel slaapkamers, zwembad, wasmachine, afwasmachine, keukengerei, ligstoelen, bed- en bedtextiel, fietsen) en ligt op loopafstand van een mooi strand. Dorp en gebied eromheen (boardwalks en boulevard langs de kust) zijn mooi en gezellig. Wij waren hier 2 weken met 6 personen (waarvan 4 kinderen van 19 tot 24 jr). Tip: vermeld in de advertentie en foto ‘s veel duidelijker en uitgebreider wat er allemaal in huis is. Bv Op de foto’s is geen fornuis te zien en het wordt ook nergens genoemd. Daarover hebben wij ons vooraf zorgen gemaakt.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en la casa y en la localidad de Esposende. Una casa espaciosa y con todo muy limpio. La playa está muy cerca, a cinco minutos andando. La piscina también magnífica. Los propietarios, Paula y Manuel, muy amables y atentos. Volveremos.
