Beautiful family friendly home with lots of space.

This home was a perfect fit for our group of small families coming together for a Soccer event. There was lots of space and lots of things to do for the kids. The house was very organized and the hosts were quick to respond.

Excellent as advertised. Great place for a family vacation. We had 11 and one bedroom with 2 Queens wasn't even used. Game room a lot of fun and pool / hot tub was the big hit. Heating pool was an extra as with nearly all houses but the most reasonable of any I found.

There was plenty of room for everyone, including our toddler and nephew who is an infant. We were comfortable with our kids being in the house and not having to worry about them getting sick or hurt.

Great place for big multi-family gathering!

We’ve stayed at a lot of places over the years but this place was by far a favorite. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and labeled which was nice. The two living areas were large and comfortable. The backyard was great. Parking was sufficient. The AC worked great and the house was nice and cool. Mo was a very responsive host. We hope to stay here again!

Family Reunion

The property was beautiful and well stocked.The kids loved the game room. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and sitting around the fire pit at night after the kids had gone to bed. It's a good central location for the San Diego area. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Fun

The home exceeded my expectations. Booking pictures do not do it justice. The home is spacious and accommodated our large group of extended family on a vacation together. Everyone felt they had their own space to retreat to. Sparkling clean. The host Mo is very attentive and a great communicator. The location is great. Minutes away from stores and a short drive to San Diego Zoo/Beaches. I highly recommend!!

Family Friendly & FUN!

We have stayed in several very nice VRBO’s with our family over the last 7 years and this one is our favorite! From the amazing property to the beautiful view and the endless fun in the pool and game room - we had a blast together. The home is comfortable, well stocked, and convenient to San Diego’s many attractions. We spent time at the beach, the USS Midway Aircraft carrier, and the zoo. Each day thegrandkids kids couldn’t wait to get back to the house to swim and play together in the game room and basketball court while the adults relaxed in the spa or visited on the spacious patio area.

Maci’s wedding

We booked this trip just a few days out after our previous reservation cancelled on us just days before the wedding. We had nine family members in our stay and all rooms were decent in size, some with two queen/double beds. The amenities were as described and the game room was a lot of fun. The city parking rules of no more than 4 cars in the driveway (which easily parks 6 vehicles) and no cars in the street was a pain in the neck when the bridal party decided to do their hair and makeup at our Vrbo prior to the wedding. The owner called, gracious explained his concerns and consequences of all the cars being in the street and we were all gone within the hour and the wedding was a huge success. The city of Escondido seems to not be friendly to short term rentals and the neighbors seem to have low tolerance for this house in their neighborhood Overall, it was a beautiful home and we would stay there again. Family vacation done right

Wow what a house! we had 12 people ranging from 3-75 and everyone loved this place. The kids adored the game room and pool and the adults were able to relax in the spacious living rooms and hot tub under the stars. Would definitely stay again

Great vacation home for my family!

The stay was fantastic. We had three young children (3 and under) and the comfort and space made this the perfect home. There was plenty to do inside and outside. This was in a perfect location to catch some local attractions and the beaches. I would highly recommend this home and would be glad to rebook the next time our family is on vaca in southern CA.

The stay was great. Easy access to highway. Rooms were clean lots amenities. One of the best vacation homes I’ve stayed. Can tell owners put a lot of thoughts into it. Realize that the neighbors are very close so if you turn in it’s not a problem.

Fun Filled Five Days

The property and house are beautiful, and very well cared for. With four adult children, their spouses, and seven grandchildren - ages 19-years to 18-months old - my wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better and more accommodative location. The game room was a magnet for our three teenage and 2 x 4-year old grandkids. The pool, the basketball half-court, and games and toys kept everyone busy, when we weren’t at the beach, on a pirate ship, at Sesame Place, etc. In the few instances when we needed assistance - such as when the internet went down and didn’t come back up after rebooting the Cox router - the Rental Agent, Mo Rashid or his wife responded quickly to our call, and got the problem resolved. All 13 adults and children gave the vacation accommodations and support five (5) stars. Stan M. from Maryland

Great family trip

We had eleven in our group. The house was spacious and clean. Between the pool and the game room (garage) we had plenty of activities. There is a large dining table that accommodated all of us, and plenty of seating in both living rooms to allow for comfortable visiting. Also plenty of seating outside to enjoy the pool and/or to visit outside. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Reunion

You can tell that Mo knows how to run a VRBO home. It has all the comforts that you'd wish for. It's stocked with all the things you need for a stay from out of town, from plenty of towels to toiletries and kitchenware. There was nothing we were missing. The house is perfect for a family reunion and didn't disappoint. Best was Mo's response to our needs during our stay. We had a kitchen sink problem on a Sunday, and he had his guy come and fix it within 20 minutes. My only gripe was that the listing description needs to be updated, so we got off on the wrong foot in terms of how many guests and cars we were allowed to bring. Once that was cleared up, it was great!
