Welcome to this charming updated Craftsman style home in Escanaba. This pleasant retreat features 4 bedrooms, including 3 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for a tranquil family getaway close to the park and beach. With great swimming within walking distance (1/2 mile from the back door of the house), tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, a large playground area for smaller children, dual boat launches, and great walking paths, Ludington park is right out the back door (1/2 block away). We have parking for trailers, if you want to bring your boat, wave runner, or kayaks. The home features a well stocked kitchen, and an outdoor grill for your cooking pleasure. There is an eating area outside, and another area with a propane fire feature for relaxing around in the evening. We are also only 1 hour from Pictured Rocks National Park and many other great Upper Peninsula attractions.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an ironing board.

Beautiful house. It feels like stepping into the past. Very comfortable beds and linens. Lots of space. We gatherd with family around the dining table in a beautiful oak dining room. And in the yard around a fire while we grillled our dinner. And in the kitchen, which was better equipped than any rental I’ve ever been in. Every gadget and you can think of and everything you need to cook. And all brand new.

Charm and Comfort

We enjoyed this gorgeous Craftsman-style home, with plenty of space for our large extended family to play and sleep comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and we even made a new friend in one of the neighbors. This is a great location!
