This cosy Altbau-apartment is in a well-connected location in Erfurt. There is free parking in the street and tram/bus stops are within walking distance.

The flat has two bright bedrooms, a large living room with flat screen TV and a modern kitchen with dining area. The high ceilings, the great old building charm and the homely furnishing style make the flat a highlight in Erfurt.

From the flat, tram and bus stops (Salinenstraße) as well as train stops (Nordbahnhof) are only a few minutes' walk away. There is a large Rewe supermarket and a McFit gym, both within walking distance.
