Our stay was absolutely perfect! The décor is beautiful and even included little touches of pumpkins and autumn for our Thanksgiving visit. The views of the lake were gorgeous from sunrise to sunset, and we loved relaxing by the fire pit, which was fully stocked with plenty of wood for our s’more making.The host was fantastic and communicated quickly and clearly from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. Every single detail of the home was well thought out, and it truly made our stay feel special. We can’t recommend this lake house highly enough!

My family had the absolute best time at this lake house. Every bedroom has a bathroom, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of great amenities like kayaks, paddle boards, a ping pong table and games. The screened porch was the perfect place for morning coffee chats and we loved hanging out on the dock and floating dock during the sunny days. Lots of wonderful family memories were made during our long weekend. We would love to come back again. Thank you for the hospitality!!

This place was amazing! I can say that the house / property has everything you would need for a great vacation on the lake. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of outdoor fun, firewood for fire pit, water toys, life jackets for every size, etc. Jim was such a great host-quickly responded to any questions you have!! We will definitely be back.

Great property with lots of room and furnished with everything a large group would need. Very nice

It was one of the best furnished place I have ever rented. We have 2 sibling reunions a yr and this was really enjoyable. We have 4 siblings and spouses. Three males and 1 sister. age from 62 to 78. The owner has all the toys for an active family. Very nice property..We highly reccommend.

This is our 3 yr annual vacation at this house. Perfect location and Beautiful views . The place has a drive thru boat ramp and garage has every type of water safety vests for all. We rent a local pontoon and park it at dock. Kids loved to fish off of covered side of dock and jumping off sunning section of dock with walk up stares for coming out of water in two areas. Perfect place . We had 7 adults, 5 kids from 1 to 8. They love coming here.

Eagle's Perch was Perfect!

I can't say enough great things about this property! The view is incredible, the location is perfect, and the house is not only spotless, it is beautifully decorated . We especially loved the outdoor screened area—it was ideal for watching the Elite Eight with friends. I also want to mention the high quality of the linens, which was a significant plus for me.The host, Jim, was amazing as well. He had the house ready for us to check in early and always communicated with us promptly. I absolutely love this place, and we will definitely be back.

Perfect!

I owned a lake house at lake Martin 15 years and we now have rented as a family for the last 10 years. This house has it ALL! Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and the immensities are too many to list:countless water toys,copious bathing and beach towels,the kitchen’s countless cooking gear, the fire pit, the covered dock with a ceiling fan…. And when I had a question the host replied in minutes. The really big screened in porch with a great dining area and a large tv area is prefect. It is a fabulous lake house in every way!

Family Vacation

Such a beautiful home- everything was wonderful -so many extras. Well stocked kitchen- lots of fun lake toys and games- I’ve never rented from a more accommodating owner- he was great!! Hopefully we will be back!

Amazing Lakehouse on the Water, fabulous amenities!

We were a family..3 generations of couples and one of our 22 yr old sons. This house is perfect. The house was only steps from the boat dock, private boat launch, and lots of lake activities and inside outside games to keep us busy. The beds were comfy. Decorations and furniture perfect. Well appointed. Loved all the amenities in the kitchen. Spices , cooking spray, etc. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Great Host!

Wonderful Water Views

Loved being in this clean home with all the amenities anyone could ask for! Kids really enjoyed all the lake toys and sitting on the dock watching the boats go by was a highlight! We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful home and great location

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property on Lake Martin. The home was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. We had two families staying so it was very nice to have both the main house and the boat house. Lots of great common areas and three seasons porch to hang out. Great location that’s close to restaurants on the water. Jim was a wonderful and gracious host.

Wonderful Lake vacation

Very comfortable home for large family. Beautiful view of the lake, with great peer to swim from. Homeowner went the extra mile by allowing access to kayaks, life jackets, and other water items available to guest.

Amazing experience

This place had everything you need for entertainment. Fishing poles, kayak for adult and kids. Boat ramp which was a perfect for our rental pontoon. Centrally located to marinas. Lake has a lot to offer. Easy swimming area in front of house. The large screen rm was were we ate and hung out. We would come here again soon. Thanks for a great experience

Perfect lake getaway!

We will absolutely rent this property again! The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated!! Also, we have stayed at a ton of VRBO's and this was by far the most well stocked home with utensils, pans, games, firewood, etc. Truly the host made this a wonderful experience for our family!

Perfect Lake Getaway!

We couldn't have asked for anything more! The location was serene and beautiful! We had more than enough space for everyone and plenty to do! Mr. Jim was super quick to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond what most do! We will definitely be back. We are planning to make it an annual fall break trip! :-)
