Unit did not look like the pictures. We were promised two queen beds and a twin sofa bed, but it wasn't a sofa bed just a small sofa (in three separate pieces, so would be horribly uncomfortable to sleep on). No lock to the exterior terrace door, and the terrace could be easily accessed from other units. Blankets were dirty.

The apartment itself was confortable. However, we asked for additional blankets and pillows and it took 2 days and they only delvered 1 additional pillow and two blankets, when we had asked for 4 of each. We ended up buying 2 pillows. Apartment did not have toilet paper at our arrival. No air conditioning, which would have been OK if the windows had screens and kept out mosquitoes, which are surprisingly abundant at 2500 meters of altitude. Property was accross a gas station which is used by local motorcyclists as a hangout and a staring point for darg racing. Noice was unbearable on the weekend, as the noice went on until past 2 am. Noce in the corrdors can be heard in the apartment, as well as music and conversations in apartments next to and below. The apartments have quite the problem with noise, as it is not blocked out at all. It is very surprising to me to not have read any of this in the reviews before booking. I would not rent out apartments that face the highway. It's just not a good business practice.

Teniamos dos reservas la primera no habian cobijas y hacia un frio el aseo a medias en el segundo apto no nos pudimos quedar un olor a caño picho y la señora del aseo nos manifesto que era un sifon dañado del apto llame a la encargada y me dice que eso es mentiras pero nosotros si estabamos en el apto viendolo el problema es que yo fui con mi familia y tengo un hijo con cancer por lo tanto tenia que estar en un aseo demasiado estricto como no me solucionaron me toco devolverme a Bogotá por ser 30 de diciembre no encontramos ni hotel ni aptos y no podia arriesgar mas a mi hijo los llame y que no me devolvian el dinero lo mas grave es que nos dañaron pasar en familia el año nuevo y nadie nos quiere responder debido a que mi hijo le habian dado salida para compartir 5 dias con nosotros su familia papá mamá y sus 2 hermanas despues de el estar encerrado mas de 5 meses en la clinica no se imaginan el daño tan grande que nos hicieron por que se deprimio tanto que desde ayer 30 lo volvieron a dejar hospitalizado. Por que mientras les decia que me solucionaran el se estreso por que queria dormir estirado en una cama no nos ayudaron . Y Daniela la encargada con decir que era mentira siendo que ella no fue ni se sercioro. De todas maneras gracias a la señora que le estaba haciendo aseo ese apartamento ella se dio cuenta y fue mas sincera ahi les dejo mi experiencia me arrepiento me hubiera quedado en casa pero estariamos juntos hoy 31 nos toca a mi hijo y a mi en la clinica
