Gite on the 1st floor in an old barn next to the owners' apartment. Independent entrance. 1st floor: terrace, living room-kitchen, bathroom (walk-in shower + double washbasin), separate WC with washbasin. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm). Private parking space. Very comfortable gite in an old, completely renovated barn. Immediate calm and quality environment. Panoramic terrace facing south. Gîte ideally located at the gates of the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges, between Lake Bourget (14 km) and Lake Annecy 26 km away. Town center of Aix-les-Bains, spa town of character between lake and mountain at 12 km. Family resort summer - winter Savoie Grand Revard 28 km. .
