Absolutely beautiful property, the views were incredible and privacy of the beach could not be beat! Our only difficulty was the parking for our larger vehicle with the amount of space it provides it unfortunately is just not meant for oversized vehicles! Also there is only one handicapped parking space available but it is not convenient when you do leave and the cleaning lady uses it to park when she is there, she should be using the parking spot of the condo she is cleaning! Other than those few minor issues we would definitely rent again. Manasota Key is a gorgeous beach destination!!

The condo was immaculate. You could see the ocean from every window in every bedroom. It was a great size for more people. The kitchen is a little tight to get around in but there is a lot of cabinet space and it is a bigger kitchen which is strange. Beach was great. Found lots of shark's teeth. It is sad to see the damage till done to other properties due to the hurricanes. The sunsets were awesome! Contacting the host and getting a response was easily done. There should have been

This was a BEAUTIFUL condo with lots of room. I loved that the angle of the building gave us views of the surf and sunset from the bedroom and living room. It's in a great location to restaurants and access to the mainland. I loved having direct access to the beach. Parking is VERY tight. There is a wall along the property line that does not allow for swing space for vehicles to maneuver between support pillars and get into designated parking spots. I would suggest to the host to stock more essential kitchen products. Although there is cookware and basic dishes; there was a lack of spices, tin foil, olive oil etc. I understand there needs to be a stopping point for what each rental offers but my stay was only for the weekend and purchasing these items wasn't worth it. Overall it's a great rental and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The condo was spotlessly clean, had amazing views and the beds and linens were like new (if not new). I would love to stay there again!Only negatives were not enough hot water the first night and parking is very tight. I would still go back in a heartbeat the place was great for the 4 of us.

Great Location

This home is as described. The beach area is beautiful. It was very clean. There is so much potential here, but we were disappointed with a few things. We had the exact number of towels and washcloths for the number of guests and only one dish rag. This meant that we had to do laundry every day. There was very little water pressure in the shower, hardly enough to get sand and sunscreen off your skin. The curtains don’t quite cover the windows and the ones in the bathroom were sheer. During the day you can’t see in the windows, but you can at night. There is only one couch for living room seating. Even with just four of us we weren’t able to be comfortable in the living room area. The other option was dining room chairs. But the dining room chairs are worn out. You sink in when you sit and they are uncomfortable.

Beautiful view and short walk to the beach

We had a great time and the location was great!!! Andrew the host answered our questions quickly and in detail. The parking spaces were very small and tight so bring a small vehicle or have help getting out of the parking space. They allow pets which is a plus but there is no where to walk them that’s my only complaint. We would definitely stay here again

Amazing Views!

The views from the balconies were stunning! Being able to quickly access the beach made the property incredibly desirable. The location was close to plenty of tiny shops and food spots. The elevator made moving luggage and beach equipment much easier. The unit was equipped with the essentials my family needed. There was plenty of space to gather and then retreat to separate rooms when needed. Everything was clean and working properly upon check-in. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner did not struggle to stay nice and cool inside. I will definitely be staying again!

Great Place for Group

The property was great! Right on the beach and you can take a walk in seconds to get to the beach without having to search for space. The property inside was just as good. Plenty of room and balcony to enjoy the view.
