Holiday Home 'Playa, Piscinas Y Jardines' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Bonito bungalow situado en la mejor zona de Gran Alacant. Con 95 m² y capacidad para 6 personas, es ideal para familias o grupos de amigos. La casa cuenta con tres plantas:

- La primera planta tiene un salón-comedor, una cocina equipada con todos los accesorios y todos los electrodomésticos: hervidor de agua, nevera, microondas, cafetera, etc. y un aseo y una maravillosa terraza cubierta para disfrutar del buen tiempo de esta zona.

- La segunda planta tiene tres habitaciones (dos con una cama doble, otra con dos camas) un baño completo con ducha.

- La planta de arriba es una terraza solárium.

La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades para hacer tu estancia inmejorable: aire acondicionado en cada habitación y en el salón, WiFi de alta velocidad, televisión y ropa de cama y toallas incluidas. Disponemos de cuna y trona para los más pequeños. Además, la urbanización cuenta con piscina exterior y piscina infantil, así como jardines compartidos.

La ubicación es perfecta: está a tan solo 300 metros de la playa (bandera azul, otorgada por la comunidad valenciana) y a 10 minutos del aeropuerto de Alicante. Además está también muy cerca de un centro de restaurantes. Tienes pequeñas tiendas cerca y puedes coger un autobús urbano, que te lleva a un centro comercial donde están los supermercados.

En la playa han abierto un chiringuito donde organizan todo tipo de deportes acuáticos. A unos pasos sobre la playa se encuentra un sitio moderno y agradable para bailar o tomar unas copas.

En frente está situado el Clot de Galvani (reserva natural), ideal para senderismo y bicis. También hay pista de tenis a 15 minutos a pie.

Zona de Ocio: Centro Comercial, tiendas, restaurantes, pubs, cafetería. En los pueblos colindantes encontrarás: cine, parque acuático, parque de atracciones, puerto, museo, iglesia, parque, mercado, paseo marítimo.

Se admite una mascota (con suplemento). No se permiten eventos en la propiedad.
