Pretty villa located in El Roble de Puntarenas, directly on the beach. Surrounded by fruit trees, coconut palms and tropical plants, it is the meeting place of birds that accompanies your awakening every morning. The sunsets are spectacular. You can fall asleep to the sound of the sometimes impressive waves when the tides are strong. You also benefit from a private swimming pool, exclusive to the house as well as its garden giving access to the beach. Air conditioner in both bedrooms.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Superbe villa avec piscine, à proximité de la mer

Merveilleux accueil de Charles et Sylvie qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée. La villa est spacieuse, aérée et paisible. Peu de bruit des voisins. Les hauts plafonds, la décoration, les équipements de cuisines tout à fait abondants et utiles... quel plaisir d'habiter ce lieu pour 5 jours. Bonne pression à la douche et eau chaude abondante, par ailleurs. Et que dire de la piscine qui permet de se rafraîchir à tout moment de la journée, tout en profitant des chaises longues et du soleil. Un accès direct à la plage permet de voir les merveilleux couchers de soleil. Ce n'est pas la plage idéale pour la baignade, mais celle-ci n'est pas trop loin. Charles et Sylvie habitent l'autre maison plus éloignée de la mer sur le même terrain, et Charles s'occupe de nettoyer les abords de la piscine à chaque matin. Total respect de notre bulle et intimité en tout temps, et que c'est pratique d'avoir les hôtes tout près, par exemple pour nous amener un "blender", notre petite demande spéciale (merci encore, Charles!). Proximité à Puntarenas, l'idéal étant d'avoir votre propre voiture pour les courses, restaurants et visites de la région bien entendu. Bref, des hôtes attentifs et accueillants, une propriété superbe, très bien entretenue et encore plus belle que sur les photos, une piscine très appréciée et un séjour inoubliable! Pura Vida Sylvie et Charles!

Setting was wonderful. Hosts were very helpful and respectful. We rested, walked, talked, rejuvenated and left very refreshed. Enough to do close by. Would highly recommend. Have already suggested this for friends coming in the next several months.

Si vous désirez passer un séjour tranquille, près de l'océan et piscine en bonus et bien la Villa du littoral est pour vous. Propre, propriété fièrement entretenu par les proprios et en plus tout ce que vous avez besoin pour la préparation de vos repas y est. Vous vous endormirez au son hypnotique des vagues et vous réveillerez au chants des oiseaux exotiques. Et que dire de la discretion et professionalisme de Sylvie et Charles. Notre séjour de trois mois a vraiment passé trop rapidement et nous y retournerions sans hésitation. Un vrai paradis!

Un endroit paradisiaque , que demander de plus pour des vacances parfaite!!! La villa d une propreté incomparable, la terrasse , la cours, la piscine tout est entretenue avec soins tout le long de notre séjour par les propriétaires des lieux , des conseils et des suggestions de visites fait pas les propriétaires ont rendu notre séjours des plus divertissant , je recommande la Villa du Littorale sans hésiter et nous sommes en train de regarder nos dates pour l an prochain , merci encore Charles et Sylvie , nos plus belle vacances à vie ;0)
