When we arrived, they gave us a room that smelled like smoke, then they gave us a room where the a/c didn't work. Food was left at a table outside the elevator (more than half left so not looking good), we told the front desk and then the mgr....it was still there when we left the next morning!! The air in the room is controlled by the hotel and our room was not comfortable. The shuttle driver was as friendly as a rattle snake! We had a reservation at this hotel for our return to the US and we cancelled it! Would definitely not recommend.

No breakfast on offer, shuttle was easy but you will wait for the drivers to finish smoking and chatting, they were not friendly or helpful. Overpriced, nothing provided in the room, not even tea and coffee. Cracks and mold and suspicious stains in the bathroom.

The Airport shuttle from the Airport to the Hotel never was found so had to take a Taxi but the shuttle from Hotel to Airport was good
